Hard to describe the complexity of its flavor. Uniquely pleasing. But highly depends on what it’s used with. No pigeonholing spoilers intended. Can only recommend for something ideationally versatile/creative. The heat can catch off guard if had without moderation (watch out for some experiments…) but is generally mild, then low-moderately intense in the background. Casually have finished it sooner than anticipated (4-5 days with only that as the choice 2 - 3x per day) while not constantly optimizing how it may’ve been had a little better (very nice with honey glazed or herb-roasted Turkey, and many red and/or cured meats). Can be a hit/miss but again, one is liable for assembling the right components.

This is a great, medium spicy, sriracha mayo.

Stonewall Kitchen Chipotle Aioli is a great tasty product. I was using it on Turkey subs as a dressing and it paired wonderful with that. Highly recommend!
