Evercoat Super Build 4:1 Polyester Primer Surfacer for Aluminum, Fiberglass & More - 128 Fl Oz

I used Evercoat Super Build 4:1 on a frame that I recently had sand blasted. The frame was solid however it had moderate pitting in some areas due to corrosion and a generally rough surface after being sand blasted. I have used other "high build" primers in the past, but this one is by far the best for maximum build. It sprays on thick, sinks into welds and really dries nicely. After spraying it on, I could still see the surface irregularities in the primer, so I began sanding and they just disappeared. I sanded the entire frame down with 220 grit paper and this stuff sands nicely and does not clog up the sandpaper. After sanding I put two coats of single stage gloss black on the frame and it now has a mirror finish. I would absolutely buy this product again.

Don't even waste your time and money with any other high-build primer. This stuff goes on like top-coat and builds to a thick, smooth finish. It's unbelievably easy to spray with a 2.0 tip. Sure, you'll save some money with other high-builds, but they don't come close to this level of quality and finish.

The primer when open was solid halfway down. Tried stirring it and put it in a paint shaker for over an hour and is still very thick and lumpy. I will not be using it. Have contacted the seller, will report back after I get a response. Update the seller has sent me a replacement.

after coulpe coats paint and sanding an geting gun set got it looking prety good. thined it out abit had 1.8 tip drilled out in side cap of spary gun makes larger tip.if you dont have number 2. primer nozzel arrived in good shape can was packed pretty good. hardner packed pretty good to. driped a little but ok.sands nice.

I've always spoken highly about PPG paints but at half the price this Evercoat Super Build is as good or better than PPG DPS Spray Fill. Lay's down real nice and flows out with almost no orange peel and sands real nice.

I have used this stuff before great stuff. But i got my can and who ever they have shipping them does a awful job at ship. I got my all beat up. Lucky no holes or anything

Did not cover as well as I expected and the U-POL high Solids worked much better for about the same price

great product, I've used before and will continue to use, was not pleased with the packaging, received it damaged and leaking in the box.
