I bought these as my b12 levels were dropping in blood tests, even though I was taking supplements. I thought maybe there was a malabsorption issue so did some research and bought these. Let me stat by saying I never usually wrote reviews but these are so good I wanted to share. For a long time I’ve suffered from insomnia, getting to sleep ok but not staying asleep, waking for up to 3 hours every night and the finally waking at least an our before my alarm. A blood test showed B12 deficiency and I took B12 supplements from Nutrition Geeks for a year with no effect. I mentioned this to a nutritionist friend who told me Solgar was the gold standard in supplements. Within 2 weeks of starting these my sleep has improved, I almost never wake during the night and sleep right up to my alarm. It’s seriously life changing, I have more energy to exercise during the day and my concentration at work has improved massively. I used to think I was lazy but actually I was just exhausted. Solgar como no... son pastillitas muy pequeñas... del tamaño de una lenteja... fáciles de tomar, el saber es agradable... ante otras que he probado y una buena opción para subir los niveles de Vitamina B12 que son tan importantes para nuestro cerebro. Buena calidad, buen producto!!
