The drawings are clear and detailed and show a wide range of the fashion of the period. I have enjoyed colouring them .

Accurate detailed images,this series of books are my nieces favourites.

You don't just get pages to colour here but a lot of description so if you're interested in Victorian fashion and history there's plenty of good reading as well as colouring. As usual, I'd recommend card between the pages if you use markers.

purchased this for myself (20yrs) the pictures are complex enough for it not to feel like the you are using a kids colouring book and are also detailed. However the pages could be thicker especially as there are colouring in pictures on both sides of the page. It could also be longer and contain more pages

I liked there were a few age groups fashion shown,it helped me to fill some time having to rest after breaking my foot, stopped me being bored and watching telly all the time

This book is awesome. The descriptions add interesting information and the drawings are great. Excellent coloring for period dress fans.

Great little book by Tom Tierney. The pictures a just great but the bonus is the history written about the fashion of that era. The paper has a slight sheen to it and a picture on each page. I was concerned that colour would go through, but this hasn't happened. I use F.C Polychromos, Inketense and Cretacolour on these with no problems. Not sure how paints will go. Its a think book, but one to enjoy with colour and add to the bookshelf. Good buy. thank you
