faulty hinge brakes in less than two years of use
Purchased June of 2023, less than two years from today. The hinge for opening and closing the screen from the keyboard has frozen and therefore then broken out of the housing.What a stupid thing to render this machine barely functional. Bad design. Fine otherwise, at least for the past two years. It should be for the price. Will I buy another Samsung? Afraid not.

Would not power on at all
New out of the box wouldn't power on. Charged for 24 hours, lights showed charged, still would not power on, charging brick works on other items fine. Could not get ANY support from Samsung or the vendor, had to return 😒

Does NOT come with windows Pro
Seller unresponsive, Voice Mailbox is full. States Win 11 PRO 4 times in ad. Arrived with Win 11 home. Will change rating when seller makes good
