Great spice for Catfish, opr any blackened seafood dish
This product is hard to find in the stores, but it is awesome on grilled or blackened catfish. With a bit of butter or olive oil in the pan, along with a dash of lemon juice, and you also get a nice gravy in the pan after you have cooked your fish, that tastes great when drizzled over your rice or potatoes. The 3-pack is a great value. !!
