I've been using it consistently since December 2024 and take it with me everywhere, as I work remotely full-time. It's lightweight enough that I hardly notice the difference compared to my old ASUS monitor. Unfortunately, around June 2025, the toggle control wheel stopped working, which meant I could no longer access or change any settings. I reached out to customer support, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. After sending them a quick video showing the issue, they confirmed it was still under warranty and offered to send a replacement as soon as they received the broken unit. I ended up being out of town for the summer and forgot to send it back. When I returned, I contacted support again to explain the situation, and they offered to send me the replacement—and I received it within two days. Really thoughtful and greatly appreciated that they looked out for their customer. Overall, this has been a solid investment—not just for the hardware, but also for the customer support experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality portable monitor.

The monitor looks fantastic. It's bright, the colors are beautiful, and everything looks really sharp. It's easy to use since it can run off of USB-C. The audio is actually pretty good compared to other portable monitors (comparing it to a 14 inch one), though its not something I would use as my main audio driver. The stand is OK, I don't have any complaints about it. The Vesa holes are nice, though I wish they had 4 of them instead of 2. Its definitely a good second monitor to have, especially if you're on the move a lot and want to play games with a higher refresh rate than what your laptop can offer. The customer support was absolutely fantastic. I had a bit of an issue with the screen after the return date had already passed. I contacted customer service at night and they replied in less than an hour. They were able to work with me and offered me a completely new monitor. Honestly some of the best customer support I have ever experienced.

I’ve been extremely impressed with this portable gaming monitor. The display quality is fantastic, paired with its rich vibrant colors. I used it for my PS5 and it exceeded my expectations. Whether I’m gaming or using it as a second screen for work, the performance has been satisfying . It’s super portable and easy to set up, so I just bring it in my bag whenever I need it. Perfect for travel. The customer service team was also professional, and genuinely helpful when I had a question about the monitor. They quickly acknowledged the question, and helped me out, without any hassle. I felt like they actually cared about assisting me. I would absolutely recommend this monitor to anyone looking for a high-quality portable gaming display backed by reliable customer service.

Excellent little monitor. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that it's a bit to small for my particular needs. I absolutely love the 244Mhz refresh rate; it makes for a very sharp display and high degree if refresh for my most demanding games. Unfortunately, it does suffer some color saturation at this high rate, so a decrease in MHz is warranted in apps like Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator. Also, this monitor does not explicitly say if it has OLED or QLED capabilities, and that does seem to show in its color reproduction qualities in photo apps like Photoshop. So, yes, good, light little monitor that plays games well - you may just wish for something a bit bigger with better color.

Not only did I receive a replacement quickly, but UPERFECT also sent me a newer model than the one I originally purchased, which completely exceeded my expectations. That level of customer care is rare and speaks volumes about the company. Despite the initial issue, my overall experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The monitor itself is fantastic, and the customer service turned a potential frustration into a reason for brand loyalty. Works very nicely with my acer predator helios 16 laptop with thunderbolt 4 port. I did have issue with the thunderbolt 3 cable that came with the product but uperfect help me get a new cable that went well with my setup. The screen is a perfect match to be used as extended monitor for me as it has same native resolution as my laptop. Tested HDR content and that works as a charm as well. A little pricey but someone who needs portability this is definitely a good choice.

Does what it says on the tin. The screen is sharp and vibrant and feels smooth. It's easy to set up. It works well with both my Macbook and Playstation 4. The cables I needed for this were all included. It’s lightweight and portable. If you use it at home a lot I'd recommend buying a (VESA) stand, but on the go the smart case works as an OK stand. Overall, very happy with the purchase!

Very good product. Texts are very clear. Connected to my macbook. It can have power and image with the same (only one) cable but it consumes too much battery from macbook. So it is better to use two cables for power and image. Package includes all the required cable. I am very happy with the purchase. Mainly using browsing and coding. I don’t play game.

Facil de carregar, cabe dentro de uma case de notebook de 16 polegadas (recomendo comprar junto) e aparentemente bem robusta, na hora da compra optar pela garandia extendida da amazon de 1 no para tecnologia, é só 40 reais e com isso tu se resguarda quanto a ela vier com algum defeito ou não
