Q: Im new to models im confused what paint should i use for aircraft enamel'acrylic what one ?

Hi Daniel, both are good but acrylic is water based so you can thin it easily and wash your brushes with water. If you get some on your wifes favourite table it washes off easily, enamel requires white spirit to clean brushes and white spirit will strip the varnish off the table. I would recommend acrylic for any modelling and especially a beginner. Vallejo acrylics are very good, i use model colour, game colour and model air. Hope that helps.

Q: Are these paints Matte or Gloss finish

Hi, they dry with a nice smooth matte finish, however you can use gloss, satin or matte varnish to change or enhance the effect as required. Vallejo makes a decent gloss and satin varnish, but the best matte varnish is Testor's Dullcoat. You can also use different types of varnish on the same figure - for example, if you were painting a Napoleonic soldier, you could use matte varnish on the cloth parts of the uniform and gloss varnish on the boots and buckles.

Q: Are they good for painting reborns?

" Reborns" ? now that sounds a somewhat interesting hobby ? I have not he slightest idea what reborns refers to, but if you wish to paint a reborn, these would do the job I feel sure JR
