Positive experience despite faulty product
My son loved the car and it did seem well build. Also, the assembly was easier than expected. Unfortunately it stopped charging after first use. The seller was extremely helpful, responding straight back to my queries. They tried to help resolve the issue and when that failed helped me by arranging return postage and issued a refund straight away.

I am really impressed for the customer services provided by Ms.Tina, she is an assist to the company. I bought this car to surprised my daughter and they helped me and meet all the expectation. Car was delivered before the expected time as i requested. They pay attention to all the requests and details. the car is an amazing gift for kids and also delivered with great care!!! i would highly recommend this seller!!
