Northcore Beach Basha Changing Dress

Fantastic item. I got one each for the children and myself (my husband declined!) and they were fabulous. They are made of towelling and are therefore more absorbent than velour, and are quite thick, good quality material. They are big enough to change in without the need for military style co-ordination of towel holding, and the embarrassment of towel slippage. They are long enough to protect your modesty and are also warm enough that a 500 m walk to the pool from the chalet is done in comfort and with relative dignity (aside from looking like some hooded cult that is). It would be great if there were more colours to choose from especially as the 'blue' was dangerously close to lavender and therefore less appealing to typical boys. The two teenage boys both had grey and therefore it would be difficult to tell one from another when they're in a soggy pile on the floor (the robes not the boys that is). They also provided shelter from the wind on a windy beach (no need for a jumper) and a towel to sit on if you don't want to "take TWO towels to the beach?".

Nice, thick and absorbent towelling robe. My 10 year olds uses it after swimming. Lots of fluff comes off after the first wash but not thereafter. Substantial and good quality for the money paid.

great for the baths/beach or shower. especially for kids that dont like getting dressed right away or messing around with towels and dressing gowns etc. good quality material. would buy lots but price is a bit steep really for what is is really as at the end of the day if your good with a sewing machine you could probably knock one of these out of a good towel in 30 mine at a quarter of the cost.

Lovely purple shade - certainly not blue. Colour coder must have been colour blind ! Good quality item generally but could do with a slight V in the neck design for ease of pulling on & off - which is a bit of a squeeze so will need to snip. Saying this, am wearing as a 5ft adult size 12. Length is good on me, ( adult sizes of similar items far too long) but not yet been through the wash. Hopefully won’t shrink. A front pocket would be handy too.

My daughter is nearly 5 and this reaches down to her toes. It washes nicely and was the envy of her swimming class. It's tight over her head for pulling on and off, which might bother some little ones, but it means a nice close fit for keeping her warm. The arm holes are big enough for my hands to reach in, allow me to help her dress, whilst preserving her dignity. We've had it a week now and It's been used once or twice every day for baths, paddling pool and swimming. Recommended. Katy

Nice weight and material texture. Easy for 7 year to get on and off on their own. Plenty of room around the neck and arms; not the least restrictive. Perfect throw over towel for swimming lessons and long enough to afford a child privacy when changing.

Quality product, I’m 5ft3 and it fits me well as a small adult. A little tight for head space but does the job.

Great for my now modest 6 year old in the swimming pool changing room however the color is more a purple than blue, which took a bit of persuading to get my son to think its cool enough to use!!

Perfecto para niños que empiezan a surfear, a partir de 7-8 años. Es bastante amplio así que creo que es crecedero y hasta los 13-14 puede valer perfectamente. El tejido es muy bueno y mola un montón

l'accappatoio è bello, di una buona spugna e con buona assorbenza. Purtroppo risulta poco funzionale perchè mancano degli "spacchi" laterali che consentono movimenti e una vestizione più agevole.Io ho scucito le cuciture laterali ed ho ovviato al problema, però ho dovuto ricucire gli orli degli spacchi creati

I bought this for quick in and out of swim lessons. I had to wrestle over it to get through the small opening on the neck unless your kid has a small head this should work. My 9 year old has a large almost adult size head. I can't return because I already washed them..
