I had a CTS K04 going bad on my car didnt want to spend another 1600$ so i said screw it, il bite the bullet and buy it. When it arrived i inspected everything which looked to be in great shape. It came with downpipe gasket, studs, no nuts, 1 oil return gasket, exhaust manifold gasket, and N75 valve that you have to install. Please do not use the N75 valve, go buy OEM. Beware it doesnt come with gasket or block off plate on intake inlet side of turbo so i had to reuse the plate and gasket from the CTS turbo using high temp gasket maker. You will also need new crush washers for all lines connecting to turbo. After install i was worried that this turbo wouldnt play nice with my APR K04 tune V3.2 but after 500 miles its working well together. Turbo is holding boost strong and seems worth the money if you can install it on your own.

Works great. Have about 5k miles on it.
Works great. Have about 10k miles on it. Used oem n75, IE Rear Breather Blockoff Plate- IEBAVC18, CTS diverter valve block off plate- CTSHW049---with unitronic diverter relocation and kept oem valve, and Neuspeed K04 turbo discharge hose- HSK.4896.

So far so good
So far I have about 1200 miles on it with no problem’s. It’s on a 13 vw cc with stage 2+ 350+hp. Up date. After two years it’s still kicking! It’s my daily and I drive it pretty hard.
