When I received the four boxes that contained my sofa, two loveseats, and coffee table storage box and fire pit, it seemed like a daunting task was waiting for me. A few days went by before I could get things started, but it went very quickly. The instructions are very clear and all the pieces were there. Until I got to the last box. As I opened up the sofa. I noticed that the cushion covers were the wrong color. So I contacted the seller and they got back with me right away. They had caught their own error and already shipped me the correct color cushion covers. Not only that, but I already had them in my possession and didn’t even recognize it! They were so polite when they pointed out that I had already received the replacement. So, my experience has been 100% wonderful. The pieces are easy to put together, are very sturdy, directions were clear, it’s beautiful and I just love it. And then the icing on the cake is the exceptional customer service and prompt communication. I am so happy with this set. I will recommend this company and their products to anyone!

I have had my set all summer and fall this year so far and I LOVE it. I have been waiting to find the perfect set for my deck for YEARS and never pulled the trigger on buying one until this year. I have the Bright Royal blue color. So glad I chose this one. It was a pain to assemble, but any furniture set is. Nothing out of what was expected. The outcome was worth it. I had it under a covered gazebo on my deck and relatively protected from rain, but there would be some that got in and the water just puddled up and didn't seem to soak into the cushions at all. I added some patriotic pillows to it and it has been a great addition and comfy retreat all year. I'm sad that I'll have to put it away soon for winter.

Built a 16x12 pavilion in the back yard to accent our pool. Bought this outdoor furniture through Amazon after a bit of research of local furniture stores. Great value for the money and it's quality. I did however, received a damaged part when pulling things out of the box. I reported this damaged part that day and they responded very quickly after submitting pictures of the damage. I had the replacement part at my door in about 5 days. Installation: It is very time consuming but not difficult. I suggest using lock-washers on some of the bolts to simplify it's tightening. Also, I recommend using your own tools because the tools that are supplied are not user friendly. Have a 10mm socket, 10mm box wrench ratchet and an allen wrench that you can spin easily.

Easy to assemble, use a screw gun with an Allen bit as a drill will not fit. Very sturdy and levels easily. Pillows are super comfy, however the bottom cushion are not very dense so you are basically sitting on the frame. At this price though you can go to AtHome and buy some thick ones

This is a lovely set. Assembly is easy especially after the first chair. A power tool is a must to speed things up. The set seems sturdy and fits together well. As others pointed out, the storage table can only hold 4 cushions and 4 pillows, so if you purchased the 2 armless chairs the cushions won't all fit. However, it comes with a nice storage bag for the extra cushions and pillows so they are protected. I just got these so I cannot say about their longevity but based on my experience with previous purchases they don't like the California sun. As long as you keep them out of direct sun with minimal care they should last a long time.

Couldn't be happier with this set -- it's comfortable, looks great and the assembly directions were very straightforward. I had a minor issue with one of the cushion covers (zipper broke when I was putting the cover on), but the company responded very promptly and sent a replacement cover within a couple days. Really couldn't be more pleased about the whole experience!

Writing review as the wife on this account. Just finishing assembling this. Took about 1-2 hours per night for a full week. I worked mostly alone with an extra set of hands for a few minutes here and there. Like other reviews said, it is an absolute nightmare to assemble. I’ve put together furniture from Target, Walmart, IKEA, and Wayfair…nothing was as bad as this. There are SO many pieces… some bags have extra screws while other bags don’t have enough shims. The whole process is VERY tedious, and I’m not afraid of hard work. The directions are mostly clear but I had to review them multiple times because it’s just pictured without words which was a little confusing at times. Buyer beware of the assembly. Leave yourself AMPLE time or hire a few people to put it together. I am shocked with how long it took me to assemble this whole set and wish I would have read other reviews more clearly. Other places like Costco, BJ’s, or Sam’s Club probably have better sets that take half the time (based on what family and friends have shared). Will report back on the quality by summertime.

1. Customer service was amazing. I reached out about my concerns about the product arriving on time and they made every effort to get it to us in time. They ran out of the peacock color so we were sent the product in tan with extra peacock covers. They made sure to rectify before we even knew there was an issue. 2. I read tons of complaints about assembly. You literally just need to be patient and allow yourself time. It was not hard to do but does take a decent amount of time to put together. I am a female with a broken wrist and was able to do pretty much all assembly on my own. My husband just did the tightening and carrying of the furniture once it was done. 3. It is lightweight making it more likely to move, so we ended up purchasing a larger rug to go under it and that has pretty much resolved that issue. This photo is before we switched to a larger rug. 4. We have not used the fire pit yet but can say that was the easiest part to assemble. 5. The cushions are great size and fullness. They seem to have no problem staying in place. 6. The covers are the only part I’m not satisfied with. We have to move pieces to cover everything because 4 pieces are supposed to fit under 1 of the covers. They don’t stay on well when there is wind. I placed a brick on top to keep place. We will most likely just purchase some additional covers for the side take and storage. Other than that, I would still give it a 5 star because of the customer support I received!
