The closest I can get!

This is the closest I could get of “Stubbs hatch chile cookin’ sauce” which starts with a rub and then slow cooked in crockpot then add “finishing sauce” but, Stubb’s had discontinued and I found this diamond upon trying to find something to replace it… VOILÀ, HIT THE JACKPOT!
