Great pencils and the sharpener acually works well good and sharp

Used these pencils to mark out cuts on old railway sleepers , good thickness of markings very helpfull and very good sharpener as well.

Great pencils and have purchased these before as I selected “buy again” but slightly disappointed that it no longer comes with the tube that holds them. Being plastic it could take a beating at work being put where ever the cardboard holder isn’t going to last two minutes. Not a deal breaker but need to change the advert as clearly not as it shows.

A carpenter pence should always be sharpened with a knife so the pence sharpener is a gimmick just like all aftermarket carpenter pencil sharpeners. However, for the price, you are getting some pretty good pencil that marks wood very well and has a good amount of lead in them. I have been working with wood for over 40 years and have to say there is nothing wrong with these pencils for the price.

Pencils are fine, they’re carpenters pencils so not much more to say. The sharpener is almost useless. It can’t sharpen the pencils to any kind of useable point so you end up having to finish them off with a knife or chisel. Save yourself some money and just buy some pencils and sharpen them the old fashioned way.

What can you say about a pencil? They're pencils. What can you say about the sharpener? What are they thinking. Finally figuring out how to get the pencil in the sharpener, and then figuring out how it works, and then noticing it gives a round end along with cracking the lead every time... comes back to the question, what are they thinking? So if you throw away the sharpener and use your knife to sharpen them like we've done for a thousand years... good pencils.

They easily make a dark mark on wood and they don't roll away. The sharpener could better.

Los lapiceros son de mina resistente y de calidad, trae ocho y un afilapuntas que los deja en prefecto estado para usar. Los lapiceros son de color verde pero la mina es grafito normal, no de color verde (lo digo por si hay confusión). Estoy satisfecho con la compra, los había mas baratos pero no sé sí serían igual de buenos.

No surprises, which is always good. Each pencil is a uniform size with the lead centered correctly. You wouldn't think that could be a problem, but I've seen it. Also, the sharpener works fine if you use it right. Be gentle. If you force shaving too much wood at once you'll snap off the blade.

been trying to sharpen them but they don't get a tip, graphite keeps breaking off before there is enough to write/mark with.
