Logitech F310 PC Gamepad Wired

This is a great controller, and a real "Life-Saver" for those people with Windows 7 and Steam. I did decide to stay with Windows 7 on my PC, rather than upgrade to Windows 8 or 10. However, I did find it incredibly difficult to find any controllers which would work with Windows 7, since no new drivers were being issued to it. After buying several controllers, all of which didn't work with Windows 7, only Windows 10, I had the good fortune to find this on the Amazon website. I downloaded the software in the "Instruction Booklet" it came with, and it worked straight away, both with Windows 7 and Steam. I have some photos above for clarity: [Photo 1] The photo shows the controller to be of a good quality design, with both the top and underside being of a solid smooth good quality plastic like an Xbox One or PS4 controller. It has a very dark blue/black top, and a black underside with a selector switch for the 2 main industry standard modes of either the modern "XInput" mode for new modern games, or "DirectInput" for the older classic games. [Photo 2] Shows the included "Logitech Profiler" app working with the controller in "DirectInput" mode to program the controller for an older classic game, like "Star Wars: TIE Fighter" were setting may not exist on the internet due to the age of the game. [Photo 3] Shows the Steam app on Windows 7 accepting the controller in "XInput" mode for new modern games, and assigning its own game settings automatically to it. [Photo 4] Shows the Steam app on Windows 7 accepting the controller in "DirectInput" mode for a older classic games, and assigning its own game settings automatically to it. I have found this to be a great controller, and if I had another Windows 7 PC, I would certainly buy another one of these excellent controllers!

Bought this to play on the Tesla. Works perfectly with Tesla AND PC. All I needed to do was plug this into a usb hub connected to the car and it works straight out of the box. No hassle of recharging etc.. great quality, responsiveness is instant with zero lag due to being wired and very comfortable to hold while playing. I’ve gone and bought another one the next day. A+++

I would recommend buying this gamepad, but to also buy another good one from another manufacturer. Here's why. The biggest feature of this little beauty is the D-PAD, It's an absolutely lovely microswitched beast. Feels and plays great! The buttons are clicky and they do the job nicely, no complaints there. The clicky shoulder buttons (LB and RB) feel a little cheap though and the squidgy (LT and RT) ones take far too much force to press. The controller is reasonably sturdy (Not as much as a modern Microsoft or Sony one though). I'd put it around PS2 level sturdiness. The one critical flaw is how big it is, the nubs are really irritating to get to and juggling them with the shoulder buttons is absolute torture with constant hand position switching. It's not just a little thing either, after about 30 mins of a hat in time my thumbs were killing me :( It's a real shame as the rest is absolutely killer and I wanted to support logitech more because microsoft can eat a fat one for making such an insultingly horrible D-PAD for their controllers. (Sony's D-PAD is quite nice but not on the excellent level of logitech's) Buy this for 2D retro games that work best with a D-PAD but if you want to play something 3D, Microsoft's controller is actually really well designed for that purpose, same with Sony's so pick which of those you'd prefer and put it in the basket with this.

As it says in the headline best I've used, my main controllers in the past have been an old Microsoft xbox 360 controller and a Steam controller to me this is better than both. I've been modding Skyrim for years on and off but could never get it to work with the SC and on the 360 controller which is larger I always used to catch button B during combat that opened the menu this got very annoying but has been perfect on this f310. In fact everything I've used has been great, I originally brought one of these for my friend and his daughters to use as I've just given them my old gaming capable PC and they are more used to consoles. I liked the look of it so brought one for myself. The only things to watch out for are the extra button below the back button that switches the roles of the left stick and dpad is easy to hit by mistake and the buttons needed to be reprogrammed islightly n Assassins Creed 2 which I got for one of my friends girls as she had the first game on their old second hand xbox 360. Not exactly huge problems.

I'm not as you would call a PC Gamer but I bought a high end custom PC with a graphics card so I decided as it would be cheaper to start playing games on it rather than always buying PS4 games. I didn't fancy being a proper PC gamer tho and starting to use the keyboard so I bought this. Feels really comfortable to hold and plays well. Feels really sturdy and can't see me having any issues with it if I'm honest.

brilliant value for money , solid build with a very nice feel, comfortable with sturdy forceback buttons, Ive bought a few controllers over the years, this one is the best yet for pc use and xbox. Absolutely amazing value and exceptional quality and value for money.....and a long lead too!

It feels like an old PlayStation controller, the build quality is great, the setting it up on Mac is a pain in the arse and produces mixed results. Couldn’t get it to work very well on Steam, works okay with some emulators and great with others. Spent ages following tutorials to calibrate it for the iMac I have. So it could be an Apple issue or a Logitech one, either way it’s annoying. So be warned and be prepared to spend time swearing and googling.

Ich habe das Logitech F310 Gamepad für mein RetroPi Projekt auf einem Raspberry Pi 3 gekauft und bin wirklich beeindruckt. Trotz des günstigen Preises bietet dieses 3rd Party Gamepad eine hervorragende Leistung. Das konsolenartige Layout macht die Bedienung intuitiv und angenehm, was besonders wichtig ist, wenn man Retro-Spiele spielt. Die Verbindung und Einrichtung mit dem Raspberry Pi 3 waren kinderleicht. Das Gamepad wurde sofort erkannt und funktionierte einwandfrei ohne zusätzliche Treiberinstallation. Die Tasten sind responsiv und haben einen guten Druckpunkt, was ein komfortables Spielerlebnis ermöglicht. Die Ergonomie des Gamepads ist ebenfalls sehr gut, es liegt gut in der Hand und ermöglicht stundenlanges Spielen ohne Ermüdungserscheinungen. Die Verarbeitungsqualität ist solide und macht einen langlebigen Eindruck. Insgesamt bin ich äußerst zufrieden mit dem Logitech F310 Gamepad. Es erfüllt alle meine Erwartungen für mein RetroPi Projekt und bietet ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach einem zuverlässigen und erschwinglichen Gamepad für Retro-Spiele ist.

الدراع جميل جدا الانالوج فيه كويس جدا و الحساسيه فيه كويسه و ال triggers برضو نفس الكلام الدراع بيدعم xinput يعني وصله و العب علطول و الدراع خامته حلوه يمكن بس الحاجه الي مش كويسه هي ان ضغطه ال triggers تقيله شويه عن باقي الدراعات بس مش مهم و الدراع مفهوش فايبريشن بس ده برضو مش مهم اوي ب النسبه للسعر الجميل ده

RESEÑA ACTUALIZADA 26 MAYO 2021 ------------------------------------------ El soporte de logitech me atendió y me ofreció una solución técnica instalando el software del mando, el funcionamiento vuelve a ser correcto por lo que no era una fallo de calidad o construcción del mando. Cómo vuelve a funcionar correctamente le devuelvo al producto la valoración anterior. RESEÑA ACTUALIZADA MAYO 2021 ------------------------------------------ Pasado un mes el stick derecho a comenzado a dar problemas, seguramente debido a una mala posición guardando el mando ya que está como encasquillado... pero me parece excesivamente sensible que después de un uso de unas 30 o 40 horas comience a fallar... o por que esto haya pasado al guardarlo. Lamentablemente el tiempo de devolución ha terminado, así que estoy a esperas del soporte de logitech. Viendo esto creo que es mejor invertir un poco más y comprar un mando original de xbox. RESEÑA ANTIGUA ABRIL 2021 ------------------------------------ Lo he probado poco, pero lo suficiente como para cumplir las expectativas. Estamos ante un mando tipo xbox pero con diseño de playstation. Estoy acostumbrado al steam controller y se me hace un poco raro manejarlo, pero esto imagino, será cuestión de tiempo. Lo compré porque estaba buscando un mando asequible y compatible con Mac, PC y que además fuera compatible con NVIDIA GEFORCE NOW. Con mac funciona bien en direct mode, si no no funcionará. Con GEFORCE NOW funciona también bien desde MAC en direct mode y en PC desde x mode. También se puede utilizar con GEFORCE NOW desde un ANDROID TV, en mi caso un MI BOX4 y cumple de sobra. En cuanto a la calidad, se ve un mando lo suficientemente robusto, se maneja bien y es agradable al tacto. Como inconvenientes y esto es una opinión personal, encuentro los botones como algo sueltos y con la cruceta tengo una sensación similar. Los gatillos tienen algo más de recorrido que lo habitual en un steam controller y se me hace también rara la sensación... no sé si en un mando playstation es igual. En cuanto al cable, tenemos 1,5 metros. Una distancia correcta para poder jugar en TV o con un poco de distancia respecto a la pantalla. Para mi lo ideal hubieran sido 2 metros. En cualquier caso se trata de un buen mando, a un precio asequible y todo terreno.
