SUPERB IN EVERY RESPECT
I'll keep it short. For context, I own and few good sets of headphones including Grado, B&O, and Sennheisers. The Q45s are incredibly good, not just because of the relatively low price; the sound is detailed and balanced across loads of genres. They are really comfortable and easy to operate, the app is also great. Battery life is massive, noise cancelling is impressive. The supplied case is awesome. What is not to like?

This is why you should buy them. I use them to watch tv if that helps you
Amazing! Love them I use these to watch UHD Blu Ray movies to hear the true Studio quality sound No noise from the fridge fan or street or neighbors, the ANC is amazing I bought them to ONLY Watch Netflix Prime , and mainly watch UHD Blu Ray Movies to hear that amazing LDAC & Studio quality For the QUALITY FIT & What they can physically do there is NO close 2’nd or even a Third! You won’t be disappointed. Stop looking at WAY overpriced headphones when the best you can get is wireless ( Bluetooth studio quality ) there is nothing better than that These have that and more! At such a low cost feel amazing so comfy , amazing value for money , and they look beautiful. The memory foam feels amazing on my ears and head & others ( I let others use them they love them too ) The buttons are so easy to lean in ten mins you will know every function. You do not even need the app but do download it Just amazing for what your getting and the price and how long they last, All day long. I got the blue and I love the colour of them I highly recommend!

Great headphones for price and better than top competitors
I previously had soundcore q30s which I owned for 2 years. I wanted new headphones as they were starting to perform at a lower quality. I tried out the Sony XM4 (purchased at £202) and the soundcore q45 (purchased at £98). Review on XM4 Cons: - Battery life is ridiculously bad. Even with settings such as voice control and DSEE switched off the headphones only lasted around 10 hours. This is not even for a full workday for me, including my commute. A drastic difference from my soundcore q30 headset which lasted about 30 hours. - The music quality of these is very weird. The bass is good but actual lyrics seem to sound in a whispered state and not as clear. Even when I changed my settings it was still not amazing and this again impacted my battery life. - During work I like to connect to my laptop and my phone. My laptop for when I have my meetings and my phone to listen to music. This headset struggles to be connected to two devices at once and you have to switch off Bluetooth each time which is tedious. Pros: - These headphones are very comfortable and light I could even sleep in them and they do not get as warm as my previous ones. - The ANC on these is absolutely amazing. Even a bit too good as I could not hear cars which makes crossing the road a bit dangerous lol. Soundcore q45 review Cons: - ANC performance is probably about 40% worse than the Sony XM4. However the ANC is a lot better than my q30s - the headset material is thicker and not as comfortable which means you sweat a bit more than with the XM4 but it is manageable Pros: - amazing battery life of 35+ hours even with all the settings on - much better sound quality. Everything is very clear and soundcore has a fantastic app where you can edit your music preferences in more detail than Sony. - can be connected to two devices easily Conclusion: Considering the higher price of the XM4 though they have some pros they are not worth it. I personally do not mind having headphones with limited ANC as I still like to be aware of my surroundings to a certain degree, I just want to hear less noise during commutes. The main thing for me is battery life and the Sony fail miserably at this. Based on everything there was a clear winner.

Soundcore cracked the ball out of the park again.
I've always been a massive soundcore fan so the review is just a reflection of my experience with their products. I've always found Soundcore product quality to price ratio are unmatched with most top end brands, like Sony, Beats, Sennheiser, the sound profile is always excellent, not too bassy, but has a nice balanced sound. I really like it, it's not changed much over the years. Now the reason I purchased these was because unfortunately broke my Q35 set I've had for five years, and I didn't want to spend £145 on the Space Pro's but I will probably buy them anyway for Christmas. The one thing I will say is PLEASE PLEASE soundcore PLEASE don't follow this silly trend of making them quieter for safety reasons, it ruins the listening experience, sometimes you just love to crank it up, they are starting to get a tad quieter on the overall volume I've found a lot of the expensive ones are terrible to listen to, mainly down to this reason. My Q35s we a lot louder, but since the WHO has set this recommended maximal DB level for safety on ears and integrated it into the app it's took the edge off them, now having said that this can be fixed by downloading Dolby Headphones on Windows 11 in the Microsoft Store, and also Wavelet on Google Play for my android phone, these apps help with the equalizer and the loudness settings and the bass profile, if you like it just that little bit more bassy. The headphones are capable of so much yet they are limited with the poor quality sound profiles in the soundcore app. Now I've got that out of the way, I'll now tell you what I think of the Space Q45 I recently purchased, what can I say they've knocked it out of the park again, the LDAC codec, the bass is excellent, and the highs and mids are very audible. I love a massive range of music, and the Space headphones DO NOT disappoint. I love Soundcore due to the comfort of the earcups on the side of the head, no clamping or uncomfortable feeling when you put them on, the ANC is probably the best I've heard in this price range, but doesn't compare with top end brands. (They are superb though anyway) I can't hear a thing outside of my music. I've owned very expensive headphones so I am not just saying this. The battery life is not accurate but it's still very good. The set came with a power cord (USB type c) connector, and also a beautiful case to protect them, saves laying out money for a decent case. They also come with a wired gold aux cable so you can use them wired (massive pro) The functionality is excellent and they are so easy to set up, they are a good design and you can fold them neatly into the case. They have a good range, and the bluetooth is easy to pair with any device. I don't think I'll ever buy another set, I think I've actually been spoiled with Soundcore products, nothing else quite sounds the same. You have the high-res quality sound and it's a really nice addition, it means you'll be able to listen to those tracks in ultra high quality. I love my new headphones, thanks Soundcore, I also bought a Select 2S bluetooth speaker and it's just as good quality wise, has a lot of weight and quality to it, buy both you won't regret it. Remember the apps though, they make the product even better.

Brilliant quality, good value for money with good sound.
Exit to add - December 2025 and they have only just broke and that’s due to heavy usage daily for 3 years as well as being dropped/stepped on due to work. Going to purchase another pair after Christmas I bought these headphones 3 years ago. They are still in perfect working order, no rips tears or cracks which aren’t through rough usage in a warehouse- they often would be dropped or kicked when dropped by accident and they have survived perfectly fine. I paid the full price (£130) when I purchased them and I’d be happy to pay that again for them, they’re of high quality and good value for money when they last the way they have. The sound quality to me is perfect, you can adjust the noise cancelling and whichever filter you’d like on it and can triple tap the side button for bass boost if that’s what you’re looking for. They’re compact and easy to throw in a backpack or put on your head/carry as they’re very light weight. The connectivity range on them isn’t the longest, maybe a meter if you’re lucky. They do start to get a bit crackly after that but when your phone is in your pocket, there’s never an issue. They’re easy to connect to a device for listening also and the app is easy to use.

ANC over build quality
I had bought these back in January 2024, and for the most part they were amazing. Solid sound quality that sort of went muddy/flat in the last few months. Fantastic ANC. A stronger build quality from my previous headphones Q30s (Anker). They pretty much disintegrated in the ear cups and hinge/extension. For the next 2 years (just under), everything seemed great. Sound quality, features, Hear ID, LDAC, hearing protection and lifespan. Battery lasted a week or more when I wasn't using them and commuting to work. ANC was always turned on. The build quality was at first stronger with a tighter cushioned band and bigger softer ear cups. I have small ears; the kind where the smallest loop ear plugs don't fit, and these cups were more than spacious but created a barrier around my entire ear. I loved these. They were great for rock music and no sound leakage whilst commuting. Until this week, Nov 2025. On Monday I had noticed a hairline fracture above the right cup hinge. I thought nothing of it at the time and didn't check the extension since I have no need to. I have a small head and the original fit without extension fits just fine. That became the real problem. Over the next couple of days I began noticing more creaking, fractures deepening and bits falling off. The right side extension crumbled and completely collapsed. The right side extension began falling apart. Eventually making the right ear cup dangle by the wire alone. I am utterly flabbergasted and saddened by this. My favourite headphones gone (my only headphones). I only use these for travel and in my downtime. No excessive usage from gaming or studio work. Just light to medium usage from a 30 minute commute and back and a couple of hours at home. The creaking was normal especially for the brand, and as is with all plastic headphones. There were no sound dips nor other noticeable changes. I kept these beside my bed for late night meditation and zoning out. There was a saying not too long ago but don't think its around anymore but people said that Soundcore's building quality is terrible and that does ring true here. In both cases that I've had the Q30 and Q45, they have both disintegrated after a year and a half. The fluctuating price point just doesn't cut it anymore. They might be the staple in the market for ANC on a budget but I just can't do it anymore. The one thing I hoped would be different continues to curse me. Not even their Space one or Space one Pro seem comparable. The latter headphones being a newer model but a lower sound quality and ANC than the Q45. Sure, the app, features, ANC are currently the best on the market for budget friendly headphones and that kind of shows. It's either a solid sound and ANC or a bad battery life and terrible build quality. I can't keep placing blind faith in this brand anymore. I've actually downgraded in a way to getting the CMF Headphones Pro. A much cheaper alternative. I know the ANC and sound won't be the same nor on par with the Q45 but I'm hoping that the build quality lives up to expectation. The 50hr ANC lifespan equally seems promising. I might return to this brand if they do fix their issue over their plasticky build and muddy sound (Not out of the box but over time).

You can customise the sound to your taste.
I've been impressed with previous Anker products. After regular usage my previous Anker headphones were showing scuff marks and signs of wear. These Q45's are an upgrade. I couldn't believe how comfortable the cups are over my (large) ears. They're light weight yet the quality is excellent both of the materials used and the sound produced. The setup, using their app, is absolute simplicity and you can customise the sound produced to your taste. I ordered black but white or blue were available. Brought in a sale the value for money is brilliant.
