Why are these sold in multiples of 10 when the baking tins have 12 holes? Packet should be 24, 48, or 96.

My trays have 8 but u can place as many as you like on flat tray and bake from 12/30 dependent on how many your tray holds

What batter weight do you use in these cases.

Don't really know what you mean! I use them mainly for lemon drizzle cakes, or any sponge mixtures. Brilliant and easy to remove as cases open out like plates.

What size are the mini loaf Baking cases

About 80 lenght x 40 width mm about the size of a milkly way bar.... decent size for finger food...

Do they stick or should they be greased?

I didn't grease them. I used them for mini fruit cakes and yes, they did stick a bit, so greasing might be the answer.
