It works exactly as expected, giving me tremendous relief to rotator cuff pain. It sticks very well and so far it appears to be fairly water resistant. It’s worth noting that this is not a do it yourself product. I’m following the instructions given to me by a physical therapist to taped me up the first two times.

I'm very pleased with thickness, color and quality of this tape. PT showed me how to put it on my knee which has caused me a lot of pain since my meniscus surgery. I went dancing last night wearing it and not only did it stay on, but it was very effective in toning down the pain so I could have fun. Somewhat expensive but I think it's SO worth it. My therapist usrs KT tape, it peels back every time on me. I think Rock tape is stronger.

Good tape works great

I have tendonitis in my wrist from 20 years of cutting hair so I have tried several different brands of kt tape. This H20 extra sticky sounded perfect. While it's very good and works as far as pain relief, the adhesive isn't going to last more than 2 days. I only docked it one star because I hoped it wouldn't lift, but I know asking a tape to last through multiple shampoos is a lot. It very well might last several days on a different part of the body but just know that if it's a wrist or gets wet several times, it will start lifting on the edges. I am going to stick with this tape though because even with the small lifting it is stronger than anything else I've used.

This product worked very well, it adheres tightly.. supports your muscles & in my case promoted a lot of healing. I highly recommend this product.

Pricey but the best tape on the market. Stays on through showers even.

I’ve been a trainer for 25 yrs and I have Rock Tape on Subscribe & Save. It is also in my emergency Go Bag. When I travel…. It goes with me. This stuff is AMAZING! Some of my clients have even referred to it as “like magic”. The blood flow it generates in muscles and joints is remarkable. My 84 yr old mother even asks to be taped when her Achilles tendons act up. Boom! She can walk again. I used to use ibuprofen A LOT. Now I just tape up and get the same relief about 90% of the time. None drug pain relief! And by far the black is my favorite. Something about it seems to be more supportive. Might be the black ink…. Who knows. But I don’t care. This tape not only is a winner… but it is a must to have on hand.

Not nearly as sticky as "extra sticky' would suggest. This tape was pealing as soon as I put on my pants and rolled horribly.

Sicuramente un dei taping migliori in mercato, il migliore tra quelli utilizzati da me! Utilizzato per dei problemi al polso/mano è riuscivo ad allievare il dolore e a sentire un supporto in più nei miei movimenti. Durevole, anche in acqua reagisce abbastanza bene! Per chi nn ha l’opportunità di cambiarlo posso tranquillamente dire che la sua applicazione e assicurata fino a 12h. Nessuna critica da fare! Lo consiglio… Questo brand ha veramente fatto un bel lavoro con questo prodotto! 5 stelle?!si mi sento di darle! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent quality, the best tape I used so far. Waterproof and can be left on skin for 3 consecutive days. Highly recommended

Sono un podologo e lo uso in studio sui miei pazienti. Sono soddisfatta della durata.

I use it as an ankle strap because for some unknown reason it helps. I primarily use it for running, without any complaints - stays on tight, even after multiple days worth of runs AND showers! I do also tighten it up a lot - it can take it without slipping or ripping and stays tight after. Yes you can tighten it up to the point of being uncomfortable and it'll stay like that, so it's on you to learn how to put it on and how tight you need it!
