Have 2, Used daily. Hand held controls are slick to hang on to. Colors would be nice. Labels wore off. We use the beep and vibration for training and control with busy Border Collies. Collars off at night & Charged. In routine. Working fine. Better than the expensive Cabela's version that was difficult to program. This is simple to use. Staff lost a control (they are slick), bought whole new collar.

This collar is the best, stays charged up for several weeks at a time but honestly we don't have to use it much. It's been a very effective tool for training or pup. He likes to go get the neighbor dogs riled up so we just have to call him cause the vibration mode does the trick. Thank you so much, dogs are so wonderful to have around when they behave. I can't believe how much this collar has helped

We have tried many many training collars over the last 10 years of owning dogs. They have all come with their quirks and we have found them to be useless most of the time. But I have to say I am so happy we got this one and gave the idea another try! It has greatly assisted in our off leash training with our puppy too. It has greatly increased his responsiveness to commands such as, No, Stay, Off, and Come.Features we like:1. The Beep: We use the beep feature as a general warning that our aussiedoodle is doing something that we do not approve of. Along with verbal warnings from us as well. He perks his ears up and knows that if he continues that step two will happen.2. The Vibration: Vibration helps stop him in his tracks and really consider what his next action is going to be. This is works as an excellent pattern interrupt and is mostly used when he is distracted by his surroundings and the beep is not grabbing his attention.3. The Static: This is a last resort correction and is rarely used for our dog. But once it is used he is aware that he did not listen to the previous corrections and usually responds by coming over to me and sitting at my feet.4. The battery supply: The battery on the remote and collar are amazing! We have been using the collar now for 2 weeks and the collar is fully charged still, and the remote has 3/4 battery life. With the handy battery levels listed in the top of the remote, i don't have to wonder if or when the batter will run out.This collar is worth the try for sure!

So three things. This collar is great for my dog. I have a larger dog bernedoodle. It's helped a lot with training however the connection to charge this tool is terrible. It's two small magnets that always come apart instead of something actually plugging into It so the connection just always comes loose. The third problem is do you sell extra straps for the collar. My dog is very smart and pulled it off the charger and ripped the collar in half. So I need a new strap. Please help

My dog knows what's up when this gets put on. Now I just need her to act right without it.We don't use the shock function. For my 17lb frenchie mix, the vibrate on 3 is enough to get her attention and she stops whatever she is told to stop.We are trying to correct her incessant barking and getting on furniture.The barking issue is the main problem. Every noise, car, new or repeat person is a "threat."And while I appreciate her protective instincts, I have witnessed her bark non stop for over 45 minutes because our neighbor was mowing his lawn. It's too much for the nerves and also she has scared small children by barking at them.It's embarrassing.She is all bark and no bite bit... she needs some manners.So far this definitely helps while she is wearing it as she understands what it does and refrains from barking some with it on. She doesn't have an issues putting it on either. She comes right up to us and allows us to secure it.I did shock her once by accident and I felt horrible. I quickly learned there was a lock feature so that can't happen when you're picking up or while the remote is in your pocket. Definitely use that!!From what I have figured out, this is not an automatic collar and can only be activated by remote, which is fine. I'd prefer to be actively involved in training her.P.s. the sound function comes in handy when I'm looking for my dog in the back yard at night. It also signals to her, it's time to come back. The signal reaches pretty far too!

Only worked for about 6 weeks and quit connecting.

Update Update review:I will say I'm grateful that the seller of this product is customer driven. Their response was impressive! Seller saw my updated product review and immediately addressed the issues by sending me a replacement product (they also gave me the option for a 100% refund, but I wanted the product). The new product came in and works great, better than the 1st. I think the 1st product was deflective, but regardless it was replaced and the seller followed up after every email to insure I was satisfied. At this point, the product works and I'm giving the seller 5 stars!!Updated review:This collar was great until it stopped shocking. The vibration and noise beep still work, but the shock doesn’t even after a full charge. Bought this not even two months ago. Grr———-Original review:This thing has made my nights 100% more enjoyable! I have a 8 month old Shepherdor and he weighs about 100 lbs but likes to jump and play too rough. Imagine a bucking horse living inside full time…. Unfortunately he can destroy something within seconds. After purchasing a regular bark collar with no remote he did well and no longer barks…. But I needed something to get his attention when he jumped…. This bark collar was just what I needed! It fits well, doesn’t move around like the other one and has great appearance on the remote and collar. Super easy to use and not too bulky to keep around at hands reach. It worked so well we hardly have to use it now! Great product!!
