What is the white mesh bag used for that comes with the blanket?

It’s definitely a bag to put it in while washing to prevent it from snagging (a practice which is recommended for all knit, crocheted, and delicate items). I have a set of wash bags I purchased for delicate items, like throw blankets that have tassels and pillow cases with crocheted edging. Some of this brand’s other blanket listings specifically say that a wash bag is included. Mention of it has just been left off this listing for some reason, probably just an oversight.

Is it large enough to cover a queen size bed?

It’s a blanket, rather than a comforter, therefore, it should not be expected to cover the entire bed. It does cover the width of my queen size bed however, depending on how you place it, For at least 3/4 coverage. if I place it length wise, it does cover the entire length of the bed. Just received it today, I washed it and placed it on my bed right away and it is far more than I expected in terms of warmth (thus far). As winter sets in, I will be able to reevaluate, but my perspective, it’s a very well made product, very warm, plush, was packaged well, and doesn’t peel when washed. As one of the other reviewer stated, it does stretch more on the knitted side but that should be expected. The knitted side is more stretchy than the sherpa side. A gentle pull by hand will help even and flatten it out. As another reviewer stated, it is sewn around the edges only, but when you think of it if they were seams down the center, the blanket would not lie flat at all. I recommend this product, my only regret is not purchasing more than one As they are out of stock. I will be looking to order more. I recommend washing with fabric conditioner rather than fabric softener to retain its shape. Overall, great purchase! I am happy !

I know this is kind of a dumb question but does it air dry well?

The two parts of the blanket are only attached around the edges and is more awkward and very much overpriced for what it is. If you want to line dry it outside, it should be ok but be aware it may not keep shape well. I returned it.
