These are very tasty, and work so well. Calming before becoming sleepy and off to dreamland!

i only take 1 gummy (the serving size is 2) because the less MG of melatonin, the better (scientifically). 1 gummy is 2.5mg of melatonin and that works perfectly for me. i start feeling sleepy around 30 minutes of taking it and i remain asleep throughout the entire night. i don't feel groggy or disoriented when waking up. i don't take them every day, but when i do take one occasionally, they always work great. plus, they're super tasty!

This product is amazing! My daughter recommended it and I was skeptical because I had tried so many products claiming sleep. This product contains all ingredients we have been told helps provide good sleep. The label says take 30 minutes before you are ready to go to sleep and that is exactly what happens. Thirty minutes after taking it you get very drowsy. Don’t take before you actually want to sleep-not before you are just thinking about going to bed. I stay asleep all night and easily go back to sleep after a nighttime bathroom trip. No morning fog.

You better be close to your bed because these work fast! Within 15 minutes, I was fast asleep. I barely got through my prayers. It usually takes me anywhere from 30 minutes to almost an hour-with melatonin in order to fall asleep. I couldn't believe it. I thought it was a quirk. I'm more than halfway through the bottle and we're still going strong. It's like a miracle. I'll never go back to melatonin. I feel so much better with these.

I love this product so much. It’s helped me get back to normal sleep. I used to wake up around 2 am and was not able to fall back asleep. With the help of Lemme I’m able to fall asleep again and stay sleep until 6 am. Sometimes I’m able to sleep even later and when I wake up I feel really rested. However, there’s a reason I’m not giving a 5 star rating. I purchased 18 bottles from Amazon over the past several years. The last 4 bottles have not been fresh. It’s like they are stale, hard and tasted different. The gummies should be really soft and tasty, softer than a gummy bear, almost mushy. I reported to Lemme after the first 2 stale bottles. They were very responsive and refunded my money. I purchased another 2 bottles from Amazon but they were stale too. I don’t want to keep reporting to Lemme because it’s a hassle. I just want the quality it used to be. I’ll give Lemme another try by purchasing at a different store. But will look for something different if the quality continues to be poor.
