My mums recently been experiencing anxiety pretty badly and it got to the point where we would try anything to help her. Having purchased an aromatherapy necklace I saw this and after reading others reviews thought it was worth trying. We used this in a diffuser as well as a facial sauna and it helped calm mum instantly. It’s not over powering in scent and is pretty pleasant. Will certainly never be without this in our house from now on and will buy for others when they are needing calmness in their lives.

I love this scent. After struggling with anxiety, this is a really fanastic product which reminds me to look after myself. The power of aromatherapy is fantastic. Smelling nice scents definitely improves your mood. Makes you feel comfortable in alien environments! Value for money: this is fantastic value for money. It looks as though I've finally used it even though I've used it quite a lot Thickness: good? It's a water like liquid but floats on water. Definitely recommend! It's also pure. Lovely ingredients! Very lavendery

At first I wasn't too convinced that the scent was going to be strong enough (I love to really notice my aromatherapy fragrances!) but once I began to use it in an oil burner mixed with water, I was pleasantly surprised to find I could indeed smell this essential oil mix and it is a lovely scent. I suffer with GAD from time to time (more often than I actually care to admit), and decided to buy this as a pre mixed anxiety relief as it was easier and cheeper than buying all the separate oils and blending them myself. I am looking to get a larva bracelet so that I can use this oil blend whilst I am out and about or at work.

Was sceptical at first but I paired this with some beads and kept it on me. I was suffering from breathing issues that seemed to be becaude of inflammation in my chest bones or stress. Kept this scent near my on my lava bracelet at I haven't needed to try gasp for air since (it's been a day so far!!). Its a soothing smell, almost like you're at a spa getting a massage. You can smell the lavender and it's generally a well balanced smell

As someone who suffers with social anxiety (TERRIBLY) I cannot tell you how much of a difference this oil makes. Ive used essential oils before marketed for anxiety but nothing has worked like this?! Amazing company will definitely be purchasing their other oils. Even after a stressful day at work pop some in my bath as per the instruction booklet or on my wrists and neck & BOOOM! you feel so chill !

I bought this for anxiety issues. The price was good, however, I couldn't stand the smell of it. It knocked me sick and so I had to get rid of it. Might help some people but the scent wasn't for me. I am averse to strong smells though so it is probably more me than the item.

I absolutely love this wonderful oil. I had been suffering quite badly with anxiety and I saw this oil. I had no expectations. But it is actually brilliant. I use it in a diffuser. It smells lovely and I genuinely have seen a reduction in anxiety when I use this. I've re-ordered this oil a few times now. It does work. I'm amazed. But it is very effective for me. Highly recommended.

Lately my anxiety has been through the roof and been getting really bad right chest pains especially at night. This oil really helps a lot, as soon as I get anxious I turn my diffuser on with 7 drops of this oil and my chest pains are gone and I feel relaxed within minutes will definitely be buying again!!

I bought this to use in a room spray, I put a few drops in a refillable room spray and add a teaspoon of olive oil and then fill with water the smell is lovely. If you are using it for this purpose remember to shake your room spray every now and again to make sure it stays mixed.

This smells so good, it works pretty well in my necklace diffuser and in my humidifier, I also find it calms me down when I am in public. I'll be trying out different oils for sure. Shipped on time, I think a little early too and it came with an instruction sheet on how to use in different ways.
