We have used this previously and it was very efficient at clearing drains.

I don't want to be unfair here. I wanted to unblock a septic tank inspection point as it has got limescale build-up before, and a few weeks ago some little beggar put WAY too much toilet paper down the loo. This resulted in the inspection point starting to leak water when bathwater went down, plus a bit stinky in the garden. I thought I'd give an unblocker a try before the massive bill I know I will get from the drain-unclog-men.septic service. I opened the manhole cover and sure enough it was full to the brim with dirty water. I put all three sachets down, and could see it starting to work within seconds. Some turbulence and a fizzing thing going on. I closed the cover and left it for overnight (that was plus 8 hours) In the morning, everything looked dry. Flushed the loo twice, and no problems, so I began to feel good about it. Then....I let about 1/3 of the bathwater go, and went out to check. Nope. It didn't work. It was leaking out again just like before. So I think I either: used something not tough enough here, or I need the dran-unblocker/septic guys and I can't get away with just spending £14. Not blaming the product. I probably gave it way too much work to do.

Habe alles nach Anleitung durchgeführt. Das Pulver wurde in Verbindung mit dem Wasser allerdings so hart, dass es meinen Abfluss komplett verstopft hat. Musste anschließend ein neues Rohr kaufen und es austauschen. Das Pulver war nach dem öffnen schon sehr klumpig und ich befürchte, dass es schon sehr alt war oder evtl. eine Fehlproduktion ist. Bin jedenfalls sehr enttäuscht davon und kann es nicht empfehlen.

My toilet had been growing black mould in the water area bowl part for weeks. I'd clean it and then it would re-grow within a day or two! I believe there was a blockage, as after I put 2 packs of this in and left it in the bowl overnight (and put s tiny bit in the water entry area near the flush button), it was all gone! I then put another 2 in and ever since - no mould!!! It's definitely this product! So amazing.

We had a very slow draini g bathtub. We weren't entirely sure if it was an organic blockage or materials that bath fitter dropped down the drain during install. Bit we thought we'd try to see if we could free it up using a natural option. We applied the first pouch down the drain and ran hot water as instructed. We waited about 4 hours and tried it. Nothing. So after we showered, I added another pouch and left it overnight. Tried it again mid morning and the blockage had not changed. I figured the product was a bust but I added the last pouch and poured even more hot water down with it this time. I assumed it wouldn't work and went in search of the box to initiate the refund. To my surprise, when we went to shower later that night, it drained like it was brand new! It just took a little longer and all 3 applications. Very happy about clearing the drain for less than 20 bucks. We will be ordering this again to have on hand if we ever need it.

I had low expectations for this as most of these drain chems don't work. I WAS WRONG!!!! Finally a product that does what it is intended to do. I had a 95% clogged drain in the bathroom sink. If you ran the water, the sink would start to fill up with water and when you shut the water off, it would take about 3 to 5 min for the water to empty. So it wasn't a complete blockage, but blocked none the less. I followed the directions as stated, poured the powder down the drain and added 2 cups of hot water and let it sit for 30 min. After 30 min, I went and closed the sink drain plug and filled the sink with hot water. I wanted to create enough gravity flow as I can. I released the drain and it the water started going down....Not at full drainage yet though. I used the tool that this came with and put it in the drain. With very little effort, it was enough to push the clog through the p-trap and the water drained with such speed I had forgotten how quickly the water was supposed to go down the drain. I had a slight blockage in the kitchen sink. Same usage and same great result. This one wasn't as bad, the water was still draining but it was slow. After the use of this stuff, again, I was reminded of how its actually supposed to drain. Just one thing, be careful of the slight odor/gas that is produced when the stuff foams up when water is mixed with it. I had to back up from the sink for a second to let it dissipate when I first poured the water in with the powder. The warning is on the package, just heed it. I give this product 5 stars and will purchase it again if ever needed.
