Works great tells me how much battery life I have and what I’m using. Have had it in my airstream for over a year now never any problems easy to install.

The service received for Amazon and Trade Evolution was fantastic! The unit I received was DOA, nothing. The box had been opened and even the included wire was undone from the twist tie. I had people out of town to help in install my solar system and naturally this was the last piece to install. I called Amazon and explained the situation. They put me on hold and called the supplier, Trade Evolution. When Amazon came back on the phone they said a new replacement would be sent out to me. No need to wait for the return to be received. With in minutes a received a notification that the item had been sent. In less then 2 days I revived it, and this was over the Veterans Day long weekend! I immediately went to my system to plug in the new unit. Strangely the plug would not go in all the way so I had to rewire with the new one. Once I did that it came to life!It has been working flawlessly! Very easy to set it up. I found setting it up with Bluetooth was the best way to go. Once that is done you can connect to your WiFi very easily. Being able to view your system online is amazing. I highly recommend the Cerbo!!

If you don’t need more than 2 relays, save your money & go this route.

I have had it for a few monts now. It has froze a few times and the first time i tried to use the Relay contacts, found them shorted together. so if you actuate one, then the other turns on also. doesn't help when they are supposed to be different functions. Another piece of garbage from Victron. out of 3 devices, i have had 2 of them with issues. stay away from Victron. the whole company is garbage. Their warrentee isnt worth anything. they claimed mine as user damage. bull

The function of passing device data up to VRM works great. The local graphical system display is a little primitive but does the job. What really set me back was that it does not use Bluetooth to communicate with SmartShunt, SmartSolar, or inverters with BT adapters. Those communications are done through legacy VE.direct. You need to purchase additional cables ($$$) and the rat’s nest of wiring it brings is crazy. In the case of my Phoenix inverter, I had to remove the BT dongle to make way for the Cerbo to plug in which means I can’t use VictronConnect on it. Sheesh!The only thing it uses BT for is configuring the WiFi settings of the Cerbo itself. Boo!
