This is a sweet Mirin cooking seasoning, not pure Mirin. It works in all stocks broths dips and sauces that require mirin. Indeed looking at many Japanese recipe videos it is the bottle used. I have found it perfect to use with a great taste. Store in the refridgerator after opening

Sometimes Mirin is not available on our island, during one drought I purchased it here for a specific recipe and it came quickly and has a good date.

Great Mirin! But be wary!
Great product! Cannot fault it. My favourite mirin. Single issue with my order. I ordered the 400ml bottle but received the 360ml bottle… (I cannot be bothered with the hassle of returning and reordering but, it may bother other customers.)
