Almond Milk Cleansing Face & Body Bar

I really enjoyed the overall clean and fresh smelling British Rose scent that I've used as hand & body soap for myself and also by my bathroom sink as hand soap not only for myself but my guests as well because the British Rose scent is definitely present but is still very light when washing hands and body under warm water with the soap and is not overpowering which makes it a suitable hand and body soap with a light scent that is gender inclusive in my opinion. Again, I do mention hand and body soap only because the soap packaging label said it is a cleanser for face but at least with my skin type being dry side that "The Body Soap Cleansing Face & Body Bar" would give me that really dry and tight skin feeling on my face but hands and body are great for use!

I’ve been on the “bars not bottles” train for a few years now, but could never find a body wash bar that was actually for that purpose— not a hand or face wash bar that you *could* use on your body, but one that’s specifically formulated for it. I think this is the one! It lathers up beautifully, and doesn’t dry out my skin like many soaps and body washes have over the years. I love the milk and honey scent— just wish it stuck around after the shower! Overall, especially at this price point, I think this is a great product.

Came powdery and kind of cracked , but once wet it seems fine and smells good. I’ve enjoyed it although the scent is not strong strawberry scent . Doesn’t last either . Lather was ok not Great

Purchased the grapefruit and the smell did not disappoint. The soap lathered extremely well and was used for shaving without any irritation. I knocked off a star for fact it was drying. Definitely need a lotion afterwards but oh I will keep using since the lather was luxurious and my skin super clean ( even clinical deodorant didn’t stand a chance ). Edited….after a few days of using my skin developed a rash on chest and upper arms. Had to discontinue except for using underarms to get the clinical deodorant off my skin. Sadly back to the fragrance free soap.

Came in in a damaged packaging. I was hoping for a juicy smell similar to other products but it actually has almost no aroma. It cleans well, but doesn’t feel too moisturizing. Not buying it again

So far I really like this bar soap. I am pregnant and have been on a strawberry kick as of late. The scent is light and it lathers really well! I also got the strawberry tree hut body scrub and then the body shop strawberry body yogurt that I put over my non scented belly butter. The combination is very mood lifting, especially in Michigan winter! I am definitely interested in tryin lg other scents.

We have been using this soap for about 25 years. It used to be a glycerin soap, vegan just like the one they are selling today (don't fall for the hype that glycerin soap is made from animal fat - it isn't. Check with google or wikipedia if you don't believe me). Above all, it smelled and felt divine. But ever since the new owners (Natura, from Brazil) took over and changed the formula, the soap's beautiful scent is gone, and the feel is terrible. I hear the same is true for strawberry one. Anita Roddick must be spinning in her grave now. Think of her what you will, but her products were not nearly as expensive as they are now, and were a pleasure to use. We will never again buy anything from this new incarnation of Body Shop. It has nothing in common with the original Body Shop and their products which now exist only in our memories.

Mild scent. Good lather. Would recommend
