can you dis asemble to pack in suitcase?

You cannot take apart, but it folds almost flat to about five or six inches.

can wheels be added to this?

I am an occupational therapist. I have used the Carex brand for years and I would think that wheels could be added and may be available through Carex. However, wheels may make this device unsafe for a person that only has use of one arm.
