This product has significantly improved my sleep quality compared to others I have tried, and it does not have any unpleasant odor. I have experienced the best sleep I have in years.

This has been a life changer.
You have no idea how many natural pills I have tried over the years to overcome my anxiety and sleep disorder. Thank God I’ve visited an herbalist near my home and she recommended these pills and this stuff Works....First of all I sleep all through the night and when I wake up I don’t have any after affects of grogginess. This has been a life changer.

Didn't help shut my brain off.
I have severe insomnia and have tried all kinds of remedies over the last 15 years. My brain won't shut off at night and this didn't help. I still gave it 2 stars because I believe in Terry's products.

wake up the same - not groggy - and it is really beneficial to me to not feel like I'm using yet another medication to sleep but
Surprisingly these work really well when my regular dosage of sleeping pill does not work! One pill helps relax me enough to fall asleep on those nights that I feel I'll be up for hours. I've had no side effects, wake up the same - not groggy - and it is really beneficial to me to not feel like I'm using yet another medication to sleep but instead something that is natural! I gave it 4 out of 5 stars only because it's not 100% effective but that's probably because I have severe insomnia and on some nights, sleep is just not meant to be!

Staying awake at night is a bummer!
A friend of mine recommended this to me after my boyfriend died. I could not sleep for a few days before her order she sent me arrived. I took one and wow, I fell asleep within 20 min. Considering I hadn't slept in days, I was relieved. I love that it has herbs and the dark blue transparent pill is a miracle whenever I have a challenge getting to sleep
