Mr. Brian Seiler. If Wizard sent the cards by mistake to a persona that legally bought product, what Wizards did is trespassing and harassing, which is punished by law. Don't buy this product.

According to Wizards of the Coast, the set will consist entirely of M/R/U. Regular packs will have a considerably greater proportion of Rare cards than regular 15 card packs. The set is also only 50 cards large, so setting aside any bonus sheet that I'm not aware of, no - there should be no Commons.
