The suitcase is so light that it often rolls away with the slightest incline. The suitcase is beautiful though. Lighter color than in pictures

Ok. I will start with I love Tumi bags. Have had one for 20 years still looks brand new and everything works perfectly. This bag is my new bag. Just went on a longer trip and used both bags. Checked my older one and carried this on. My first trip with new bag and the extendable handle is BROKEN. I honestly questioned the quality when I first opened it. I am requesting a refund now So disappointed UPDATE. I thought Amazon stood up and did the right thing but unfortunately I was wrong. Wanted to charge me a restocking fee on a $1000 suitcase that broke the first time I used it. With a what ?? 8 year guarantee ??. . then some non sense about having to go to my bank to allow them to issue me a refund . . Oh you mean the card I have spent thousands on your site in the last few weeks ?? lol I was buying stuff from this site cause there was a trust. Broken. Will think 2 or 3 times before next time . . Done cancelling it all. Goodbye Amazon hello walmart and target and whoever else . . chased me away ANOTHER UPDATE . . Look back at dates on this. Today is December 2 2023. Still dealing with this return. After months Amazon finally returned some of my money. They took out a restocking fee. Which is theft. The bag was broken. Cant be restocked and resold BROKEN. They no longer respond to my emails. I already started buying from others and direct with manufacturers. So now I am forced to cancel ALL MEMBERSHIPS with AMAZON. Music Prime. DONE 6 months and still going on. What a joke what a disappointment. GOODBYE

This will be my go-to small travel and carry on suitcase. Excellent maneuverability on four wheels. Like the front zip compartment for convenient access while traveling.

This suitcase holds so much. It’s built to use ever inch of storage. I have 2 weeks of clothes and wont need the extra 2 inch zipper release. But maybe I will with souvenirs coming home. It’s my 2nd trip and it looks new even though I was super rough with it. Great quality.

My last suitcase got tore up by a forklift so I had to buy another luggage at my connection in Switzerland. Very happy with this new version that is wider and expandable. I had some hardware that fit perfectly in the wider bottom section of this case. Also no one has anything like it for now :).

This suitcase was the worst purchase of my life. I just used it for the first time and while going through security found that the zipper had broken and the fabric around one of the edges torn. As my flight was about to leave, I could not find a way to close the bag and it cannot hold contents unless zipped up. I ended up jamming all the contents of the suitcase into my smaller bag and abandoning the suitcase at the airport. I paid over $1000 for this bag. Tumi has a great reputation for style but at this price point a customer should know that the company paid attention to the details. Tumi failed miserably on this one and I paid a very high price for it.
