I have not had gluten in 6 years. GET THESE! I am only gluten intolerant so not celiac but these are fantastic. No issues and I tested these on a whole bowl of spaghetti and chili dogs. I want to buy stock!

I have been purchasing not only these particular enzymes but other enzymes from this company for a couple of years now. Having celiac and other food intolerances, digestive enzymes are a part of my daily regimen. These products by far are the best. It is easy to swallow with no after taste and quite honestly helps with not having indigestion. Quite the opposite. They leave you not having bloat, indigestion, nausea, pain and daily use helps with constipation. The quality of this product is by far one of the best if not the best out there.

If you have gluten intolerance, then you need to always have this for those times you may accidentally eat some or don't know for sure about what you're about to eat. Absolutely works! My Board Certified Nutritionist recommended this to me, since I have hypothyroidism.

I bought these for the first time about a month or so ago after reading about them online. I haven't been diagnosed with Celiac's, but gluten tears me apart when I consume it. I'm talking symptoms all over (headaches, body aches, rashes, nausea, fatigue, etc). I've been gluten free for about 2 years now, but I sometimes have small gluten exposures when cooking (spice mixes) or eating out (cross contamination), which leaves me feeling awful for days after. These capsules work fairly well for me. They keep my symptoms at bay, but because they're extra strength I sometimes get nauseous after taking them. It lasts about 30 minutes, then subsides. I think the enzymes are working to break down gluten, but they're really hard on my stomach so I feel woozy and sick for a half hour after taking them. I would recommend trying them to ward off gluten symptoms, but with the warning that you may feel sick after taking them due to their strength. Sometimes if I take them on a full tummy the nausea isn't so bad, as opposed to taking them with a lighter meal.

Tried this brand for the first time. So far I am pleased with the results. It helps with gluten accidental ingestion or cross contamination.

I bought this because I had been gluten free for 18 months. Not celiac no allergy just bc of inflammation because I have multiple autoimmune diseases. Well the gluten hit me hard I couldn’t function. So I tried this. It did make me feel a wholeblot better. I would definitly recommend if holiday dinner or going away. A bit privy I though but worthbit

I use this religiously as someone who used to maintain a gluten-free diet (and still partially does). Prevents stomach upset. Pricey but worth it imo. I can taste it before swallowing but it's not unbearable.

Work wonders for my gluten sensitive friend. May not work as well for celiacs, but works wonders for just sensitivity. Take 2 if it’s a lot of gluten.

Mio marito celiaco usa già da diversi anni queste pastiglie che gli consentono di proteggersi dalle contaminazioni quando andiamo in ristoranti, agriturismi non conosciuti e di assaggiare delle fette di torta alle feste o qualsiasi cosa. Non ne abusa, le sue analisi sono migliorate, nessun effetto collaterale

These work AMAZINGLY! I’m gluten intolerant but will have the occasional treat. I never had any bloating (which I usually have) when I took them. The couple times I forgot, I really noticed the difference
