A genuine feeling of wellbeing and a little bit of motivation... It's not like taking amphetamine or 12 cans of red bull: it's a very natural, gentle, positive feeling. I used to take l-tyrosine as a teenager and honestly, it's did nothing at all for me, BUT, thinking about it - I was a healthy and fit teen, so I imagine my levels of aminos and other chemicals were as good as they would ever get. As a 50 year old however... This stuff is great. Take 2 caps on a morning, on an empty stomach and wait 20 min. You will feel it start to work: it's not harsh like ephedrine or caffeine or taurine - it doesn't buzz your face off or cause that awful jittery, frazzled feeling I used to get after too much caffeine (you'll know what I mean if you have had a real caffeine buzz). It's a very gentle, warm, fuzzy sort of feeling. Where cafine and taurine and co are like a drill sergeant kicking you in the pants, l-tyrosine or more like a lovely, friend who's come to help. I know that sound a bit mad, but that's how I can best describe it.
