Great mouse
I bought this to replace a two year old Corsair scimitar. It's packaged well, and even came with a battery, which was good as I had zero in the house. It's very easy to set up, literally put the battering it, put the little dongle in the back of my PC, switched the mouse on and it worked immediately. One restart and it's perfect. No annoying set up, nothing. It's a medium weight mouse, feels pretty nice in the hand. I like that it doesn't have too much texture on the rubber sides, cause if you get sweaty hands like I do, it can get a horrible build up which can be hard to clean. Mouse feels sturdy, not too big and high quality.

Superb gaming mouse!
yes the mouse is a little bit expensive but once you use it you'll realise why. As a PC gamer i wanted a mouse that was capable of responding fast but also had programmable buttons to make certain games easier. I originally looked at cheaper gaming mouses and wasn't sure if going cheap was the way to go. In the end I went for a more expensive mouse and i'm really glad i did. Here are my reasons why. Mouse is larger than expected.- I have large hands and these days a lot of computer mice and gaming mice are getting smaller the help with weight, this mouse however was larger than i expected and a pleasant surprise. It also has an ergonomic to it which helps with my RSI. Its also worth noting that although its bigger than expected the mouse is still rather light weight. customisation- The level of customisation on this mouse is insane, not only do you get three different side pieces to use but the buttons themselves can be programmed to do some pretty impressive things from simply binding them the a Key, all the way up to using and opening programs. the RGB feature is also widely customisable and makes your set up look cool haha. DPI and Reaction time- For those who play faced paced games you'll know that input lag from the mouse can be a huge factor and from button lag too. The lag on this mouse is as far as i can tell minuscule. You are also able to customise the speed of the buttons and the DPI down the smallest digit. Overall- On the whole this mouse does not disappoint. It does its job and more. I would recommend for any serious gamer and even programmers. You pay the price you get the quality.

good upgrade if your due a replacement if ya can get it on sale.
For a modern mouse i noticed the defence in weight to its older counterparts the Naga epic and the epic chroma versions but still felt pretty decent. when removing the top for the battery attachment you see that there's a lot of space under it and the top section is pretty thin however despite this the buttons are nice and clicky and i have yet to feel that its not performing. the extra buttons are well placed and tactile and the wheel is a nice solid feel with the ability to make it notched or free scroll which is great. battery life is also pretty good and with it taking actual batteries rather then requiring a charging will mean a good quality recharable one will do the job perfectly. its accuracy seems pretty good and it seems to connect very well to the 2.4g option and the Bluetooth so for the price its pretty decent. also worth noting the software seemed pretty easy to use allowing easy programming where needed.

This mouse FOR ME is the best out of all 3 Main Positives over the mice ...
This is coming from the perspective of somebody who plays MMO/multi action games primarily and some FPS games somewhat competitively I DO NOT PLAY MOBO GAMES AT ALL So I've owned the razer naga 2012, razer naga chroma (2017) and the corsair scimitar. This mouse FOR ME is the best out of all 3 Main Positives over the mice I've used 1) It has a top tier optical sensor, rather than the (IMO) poor laser sensor that comes with the razer naga/chroma. The standard razer nagas served me well but in all honesty the laser sensors sucked especially if i wanted to play games that required high precision 2) The razer software, is FAR FAR FAR superior, than the cue software that corsair offers. I had nothing but issues with the corsair software, such as the buttons on the side repeating themselves over and over again, when CPU usage was high (70-80%+) and also sometimes, the cue software just NOT working at all, thus disabling all the buttons on the side of the mouse, forcing me to close to the software and use the on board memory which you SHOULDN'T have to do. Corsair support was useless in solving this issue. If you're an avid mmo player you know that CPU usage can get a little high in populated areas. I own the 3570k @4.5ghz When the software was closed, and the on board memory was being used, the mouse worked fine I understand that not everybody has had this specific issue with the cue software but even without the buttons repeating themselves issue I'd still take the razer software over corsairs any day of the week. 3) You can change the side panel, to fit your needs (to a certain extent). Personally, I only use the side panel with the 12 buttons, due to my muscle memory knows where all 12 are without me needing to think about it, and i don't see the benefit of having less buttons on the side, due to the fact that it doesn't reduce the weight of the mouse enough to warrant the change. Here's the razer trinities major FLAW If you read number 3 of my positives i put "to a certain extent" and here's why The mouse is sold as a jack of all trades, but in reality it's an MMO/MOBA mouse, that can be used as an fps mouse thanks to it's great sensor. This is a very heavy mouse, and for fps games you tend to want a light mouse, that you can flick/swipe with ease at any moment and due to the fact they didn't add the option to remove/add weights, to the mouse your pretty much stuck with a heavy mouse whatever game you're playing, this could be a deal breaker, for players looking to buy a mouse for mainly FPS games, but some mmo/moba games on the side. If they had the option to change the weight of the mouse, on top of changing the side panel of the mouse I'd say it would be the best all round mouse on the market without a shadow of a doubt So should you buy the trinity? 1) If you're primarily an MMO/MOBA player but like playing some fps shooters on the side this mouse is perfect for you, IFcan afford the added cost. 2) If you're primarily an FPS player and play some mmo/moba games on the side this mouse MAY not be best option for you assuming you like lighter mice while you play FPS games. Don't forget to thumbs up if my review helped you :)

Pros & Cons Listed
The Razer Naga Trinity is an awesome Gaming Mouse, but it's not without it's flaws. Allow me to elaborate. 1) The DPI Button is super sensitive and will be knocked during gaming. It can be fixed with the Razer Software by removing the number of DPI Options. 2) The Razer Software once installed will stop the Mouse working correctly. After uninstalling the Drivers a number of times as well as unplugging and replugging it back in will solve this. 3) The Scroll Wheel is also SUPER Sensitive, when scrolling it'll click in and change to the Scroll Up & Down by moving the mouse. So those are the negatives, despite these the mouse is actually really great and the Razer Software will actually fix most of it as stated before. Change the Colour of the LEDs, Remove the DPI options, choose your Button Configs and Save your Profiles. Also the Swappable Sides are Magnetic & really sturd, they can also be changed mid-game with no issues at all. I hope this review helps you choose to buy it, with the knowledge of some of the issues being resolved here. Enjoy your new Gaming Mouse.

Awful software and faulty product
First order never showed up, week and a half later a replacement arrived. Detected and working within win 11 without a hitch but then the first issue... the truly terrible software; Synapse 3.0. It runs very badly, missing some important options and having spent time setting up all my macros I used with my old mouse when I restart the app all but the first macro was gone. So went about recreating the macros and then exporting them just in case. Few hours later when I booted my system all but the first macro was gone again! Restored the exported profiles (it also saves the macros and their bindings) but rather than having the option to overwrite it merely created duplicates which now have to be removed slowly because of how poorly optimised the app is. But the biggest problem, the No.7 button wasn't functioning properly requiring too much force to get it to activate making it unusable and would have resulted in it completely breaking within a few weeks anyway while the other buttons activate with the lightest of touch... in fact too light and flimsy a touch. I did check to see if it need a firmware update..... it obviously wasn't the cause of the issue but tick the boxes anyway and the app needed an update first even though it had just been downloaded which despite specifying otherwise installed some of the other modules anyway which I then had to removed once again very slowly! Though my time with the mouse is counted in a couple of hours the tracking seemed fine, Bluetooth I discovered during the firmware check is awful and overall the build quality seems flimsy and cheap compared to my old MMO G600 which I had for 9 years and 4 months before having to (not!) replace it. Logitech seem a million miles beyond Razer and I only wish there was a G600 wireless or even still made the G600 but with better tracking! After a long break from owning a naga I'll never bother with them again, razer are over priced products that have never improved the build quality of their Naga's in 15 years when I first bought one (they had a known build flaw back then resulting in replacements being required which at least they did efficiently!)

Best MMO Mouse - a comparison
Despite appearances, the 12 side button positions are almost identical to the Corsair Scimitar Elite MMO mouse, which has great functionality for games with a lot of buttons. So if your Corsair has broken and you're looking for a replacement, this is a premium alternative. 1) The Razer's sensors and buttons "feel" more precise. I've seen reviews where they've tested and measured small improvements, so there's objective truth to that, but it just feels like I've got a bit more control. 2) Software. Razer Synapse is far more intuitive and easier to use than iCUE, which I was so happy to uninstall. 3) Build quality. At this point, I feel anything is better for durability than Corsair's MMO mice, which have failed for me in multiple ways. I haven't tested this mouse for more than a few days, so if things change I will update my review. Minor comparisons - You can't slide the side buttons, which on the corsair was always a bit of a gimmick, on the Razer they are roughly positioned as close to you as the Corsair allowed. - You can however reduce the number of buttons by replacing the side panels, which doesn't make sense to me, but might to you if you want to customise for different game types. - Razer is slightly heavier - Clicks are slightly louder - It's ever-so-slightly less bulkier - Though very similar, Razer's has a slightly smoother design that feels less open and jagged. - It's very expensive for what you get, you're paying a lot for a bit more quality. - I haven't tested wireless - It's expensive, so I hope it lasts longer than my Corsairs. I'm worried that because the designs are so similar the Razer will also have similar reliability issues, but I'm hoping the price I paid means a longer life.
