Update for 03/21/2023: Unfortunately I reordered the product but I had the same problem. 2 of 9 of the decorative balls were broken. Unfortunately two times is not the charm for me. I will not be reordering a third time. Original review: They were smaller than expected but were very nice quality. Unfortunately three out of the nine were seriously damaged. Amazon was quick in response for exchanging the damaged goods. Will definitely buy from the vendor again. Appreciate the great customer service.

I was hesitant to purchase these because of all the negative reviews describing broken items. I decided to take a chance, and I’m glad I did. These are just what I pictured and work beautifully for my needs. They are vibrantly colored and came packaged in a box with foam inserts for each sphere. One suggestion I have if you are considering purchasing these is to request that they are shipped in Amazon packaging. The default for my order was shipping in the manufacturer’s original packaging. I decided that because of the number of reviewers who experienced broken items, it might help to add Amazon packaging. The box from Amazon was very strong and sturdy; it exactly fit around the original box so there was no room for jostling during shipping.

They are what I was expecting. Very pretty. However some were broken.

I should have paid attention to the size description. I assumed the orbs were bigger. They're pretty.

The lovely blue and white orbs arrived very securely packaged in foam and a sturdy box. We added these 2.36” orbs to a large clear glass curvy vase containing 3”” orbs.
