This tubing works great as a replacement for my Littmann Classic II SE. The orange color stands out, which makes it way easier to keep up with. It’s flexible, sturdy, and sounds clear. I had to cut it down to size, but that was easy.The install was a little more difficult than I expected - I just peeled the old tubing off and forced the new one on bit by bit. I found out afterward that warming the tubing with a hair dryer can make the process a lot easier (wish I’d known that before). Still, even doing it the hard way, it fit securely and works really well.

The original Littman tubing was "double bore", and this replacement is "single bore". I'm not sure how this would affect quality of sound.Don't replace your diaphragm unless you need to. It's very difficult to place the new rubber "gasket". Online video suggest using a minute amount of medical lubricant to assist. I used finger tip amount of "dry lubricant" instead. It did help.The new diaphragm is attached for now, but has already come off once. Here's hoping it will stay! :)

Its a little thin but gets the job done. Worth the price.

Got this to switch the tubing on my 2007 Littman Cardiology III, and so far so good. I haven’t used it for intended purposes yet because I am a student, but I did try listening with my littman tubing vs this tubing and it did sound similar. Switching the tubing was difficult and I felt like I was about to break the chest piece having to pull off the original tube but turns out it is just very very secure! As is this tubing. It is longer than the original littman tubing by an inch or two, but I don’t see how that would be a problem. Earpieces feel snug and noise canceling is slightly worse than original. Overall I do love it especially for its color and definitely recommend this for anyone with older stethoscopes that only have the budget for something cheaper than buying a whole new stethoscope.

So happy to not have to go back and purchase a new stethoscope. The cost was great and the sound quality from the new product (head set and tube) with my Littmann headpiece is fantastic. Will purchase again to fix up my other stethoscope.

It works okay, but has a weird kink in it that won't straighten out which makes it look weird and cheap. Definitely does not match Littmann quality, but sounds okay. Thicker than original tubing.

Soft and easy to wear around my neck. Great replacement for stethoscope tubing!
