Awesome product at a great price

I've purchased this flour several times. I use it in all my bread making and it helps it rise extremely well.

Been making my own bread in a bread machine using mixes, but wanted to branch out and make my own using recipes. This flour is great and I love the long storage container.

The flour works great

We had been using the 00 flour (blue) found on Amazon for several years. But as a pizza making family this was the best flour we have used. It yielded a light, airy crust with a slight crunch. This is the only flour we will use for baking going forward.

It’s a really good deal. My bread turned out perfect every time.

I love the flour and it makes the fluffiest bread and cinnamon rolls. I will not be buying it again however. It’s almost impossible to get the top off. I’m 73 years old and my hands aren’t as strong as they used to be. Even with that, it should not be that hard!! I guess I’ll try King Arthurs
