Oh wow, I ordered three of these pens on a Friday a couple of weeks before Christmas. By Sunday they informed me that they had been dispatched and I immediately imagined they hadn't found the note about the engraving. Far from it! They arrived, beautifully engraved, professionally boxed and each complete with a little leather pen holder, by Tuesday. I am hugely impressed with Parker and will certainly do business with them again. All three recipients of the said pens were absolutely delighted!

I've bought four of these now including one for myself and they are great. Absolutely great value for money and a lovely gift. People are moaning in the reviews they didn't get any engraving clearly didn't read the description. You simply purchase then send a message with your name etc. Very easy and great quality.
