We understand that the company is a start up. The most appreciable thing of the organization is the way the item is built. They used a strong suction cup to hold the unit steady while sharpening the scissors and knife. This gives you the freedom to the other hand, the unit is held sturdy on the surface which eventually gives safety to the user compared to the hand held sharpening units. A great thought process which combines safety and ease if use. We are glad that we purchased this product and is doing a great job for which it is meant for. We wish the organization a great success and they come out with much more items which will be user friendly.

Yet Effective. -Classy look. -Carbide and ceramic blades are very good and works fine. -Scissor sharpening tungsten carbide blade utility is unique, to this product. -I have tried all 3 blades and sharpened all my knives and scissor as well.
