Quality above price.
Been a great edc. Easy opening, takes a fine edge, and for the price I would recommend it.

Great Budget EDC
Pretty well balanced blade, love the feel of that handle and blade, the scales feel nice in my grip, not as smooth as people say when flipped and opening but oil can fix that. This blade did come SHARP out of the box, was able to cut thin strips of card stock no problem.. the only thing I do t like is the clip doesn't go all the way into my knife pocket, maybe because I’m a wrangler man or because this is a larger carry blade.. still it’s not seem less. I’m sometime afraid it’ll fallout but thus far It hasn’t. This is D2 steel and it’s more than enough for your normal EDC needs, like I tell everyone if you need anything stronger and more dependable just get a fixed blade made from better mat’s! I got the Olive green edition and it kicks butt! Highly recommended especially since the price is GREAT!

Great Value
Fantastic knife for the money! It lacks jimping on the spine of the blade but I added it myself. It's a little heavy for its size due to the blade thickness and having solid (non-skeletonized) liners, it's a medium-sized heavy-duty knife. It's an attractive (aesthetically pleasing) knife with great fit and finish, doesn't look cheap at all. The action is smooth and lockup is tight. Ganzo Firebird knives are a great value. They're quality knives that are inexpensive enough to not worry about using, or losing. They would make great inexpensive gifts, why give a crappy gift when you can give a nice knife for around $25?

Feels like quality, time will tell
Amazingly solid quality for the price, with ball bearing mechanism, thick D2 steel blade, and jimping along thumb edge of handle. Liked the satin finish as well. Flipper was a sharp on the edges, hard on the finger, but easily fixed by a few swipes with sandpaper. Comparable to a Kershaw costing twice as much, although warranty is only a year versus life time. Time will tell.

5 stars when I got it ~ 1.3 stars when the tip shattered ~ 3.5 stars after profile/re-file
I got this fairly inexpensive Wharncliffe style knife and was pretty jazzed! ...for like 3 days. Now, because the carbon fiber handle scales could have literally been cut from the exact same carbon fiber sheet as the sales on my CRJB Crag (also D2 blade) that they were going to DEFINITELY BE making up the difference in price point somewhere... The lanyard hole/back-spacer is just cheap plastic and not very precision cut or fitted.. but, okay...Also 2 of the little torx screws that hold the scales on & frame together were already stripped and I'd never even taken it apart yet. So it is Q.C. That is the corner that they had to cut to deliver this knife and this price? The screws and even the the back spacer are replaceable & fixable (respectively) So if these 2 very minor oversights can save production cost enough money to where they could sell this pretty dope-ass knife for under $30.00, they Cheers to Ganzo or Firebird or which ever is the company and not the model name. Since the 1st thi g I do when I get a new pocket knife is take it apart & tinker with it, I look forward to replacing this and that any how. However, there was 1 other little Q.C. overight...The first time I really looked over this neat little gadget, I noticed the very tip was a little bit bent.. Again, this is brand new and I haven't even used it yet and haven't even gotten to my customary New Knife - take it apart/put back together yet, because I needed better torx bits to get the 2 already stripped and overly tightened screws out still. This is when I noticed the very teeny-tiny tip was bent at a good 15°-20°. So, using the proper tools for this very job, secured on my little anvil's flat spot & with my tiny engineering hammer that came in one of my katana cleaning kits, slowly and gently "tap-tap-tap" it back straight & true. Then I was going to re-sharpen and strop for good measure...With just 1 little tap (so not even getting to apply the other -tap-tap) and the very tip shattered like a little piece of glass! I could not believe what I just saw!!Now,, I'm no, nor have ever been a fan of D2 tool steel for knife blades, BUT have others like my Crag, which I AM RATHER FOND OF EVEN IN D2. So even though I'm hot a huge fan of D2, I've also noever been a hater of it. Hell, maybe I should be, right? OR...Maybe this D2 wasn't properly heat treated? Maybe it was one of these "D2-ish" alloys? Or a close enough alloy (such as SKD11) that Ganzo can call it D2? (If someone was to imposter a steel type, they'd certainly aim higher amongst today's super steel varieties, or at least one would thi k)Basically... I don't know? Every YouTube review on it sings its praises and rightly so, considering the specs and still at the bottom rung of budget knife price spectrum.Maybe I bout the one defect out of the 10's of Thousands that are out there now!! Sure! But I've seriously considered buying another. Instead however,, I now have a ONE OF A KIND-MODIFICATION & a super-wonky looking non-modified wharncliffe, (still a regular wharncliffe even after the mod) re-profile/file job, which I'll picture below.. I also took off some of the false grind on the top to keep at a similar angle,, just being a quarter inch shorter..I call it my EDC, as in Rainy Day Carry, instead of my Every Day Carry. So the Hunt for an actual real quality Wharncliffe Flipper at the budget end of the pricing spectrum continues...

Great Quality!
A very sturdy knife with an incredibly sharp blade and top grade carbon fiber, with a very useful blade shape, you should definitely buy this one! A little heavier than I expected, but that’s mainly from the generous sized blade.

Great value. My second Ganzo knife
I love the blade design. D2 steel. Hair shaving sharp. Smooth action but not as smooth as my FH41. The carbon fiber is not as grippy as G10 and looks a little "mall ninja". I wish I got the G10 version instead but I'm keeping it because I don't have another knife in carbon fiber. One thing I had to do was file the jimping down. It is in a unnecessary position and your finger hits it when you flick the knife open. This becomes uncomfortable when you are flicking this thing for hours like I did. Overall great knife but I would recommend it in G10 over carbon fiber and I like the Ganzo FH41 better. Ganzo's are the best value for the money, so no regrets.
