Taken 2 months and seen massive improvements with Autistm/depression/meltdowns/PMT
My 15yrs old daughters been referred for autism and her meltdowns/moods/depression are off the scale about 2-3 days before her periods. meltdowns, crying hysterically and so low in her mood. A small improvement first month but by the 2nd month she was so much better, just a bit sad and emotional, which is normal and again for her 3rd month so not a one off. She was surprised herself and takes the 1 teaspoon everyday. We've used half a bottle in just over 2mths so £22 for 4mths is good value.

Fantastic for brain /mood function for autism and adhd
Amazing product, I was told that omega 3 6 9 is really beneficial for autism and adhd which was why I bought it for my kids, they both drink it mixed with juice without problem despite being very fussy eaters, I see tangible functioning and mood improvements when they take it, I can not recommend it enough.

Easiest way to take Omega 3,6 & 9 oil
Good way to take this oil if you have difficulty swallowing capsules as my relative does. She mixes it with a small amount of orange juice to make it more palatable to her. I wish it was cheaper.

Too expensive
Don’t know if it works or not, flavour is bearable but too expensive to keep on top of it, it was just over £20 now it’s £30 absolute joke
