So keep my limited experience in mind for my review. -- It is not too heavy. It is not too light. Goldilocks would say it is just right. -- It is easy to grip. It has a good shape to grasp. -- It initially sounded a bit too noisy (I never used an electric shaver before). But it is not loud. It is a bit noisy, but nothing that you should find unpleasant. -- It gives my face a close shave (not the closest, but darn close). However, it depends on the hair. If it is rough, then this shaver works great. If it is fine, then this shaver will struggle. Fine hair will bend and fold, and that means that it will not go into the foil cover's holes for the blades to cut it. So I still use a disposable razor for my neck. It is not designed for that, and did nearly nothing. But if you shave daily, or even skip a day (which is what I do), it works great. -- The manual states to fully charge it before using it. I did. I decided to test how long a full charge would last. I purchased this on March 27, 2025. I have been shaving with it every-other-day, since then. The LED light, today, October 17, 2025, flashed that the batter is low. And even with it flashing, it shaved like it was fully charged (no sign of slowing down). I am impressed. The manufacturer definitely used a quality battery. -- There are four battery strength bars. According to the manual, when the last bar starts blinking, you have 10 minutes left. At full charge, it is supposed to last 3 hours. -- For my shaves, it did not heat up. -- It is simple to remove the cap to expose the blades. That allows you to run some water over the blades to clean off the shavings. You can also rinse out the cap, which will have shavings. It takes 3 to 5 seconds to rinse off everything. You do not have to touch anything. Then you let it air dry. The manual warns against using a blow drier. So let it air dry. -- The manual warns to not use it when it is wet. -- The manual warns to not submerge the shaver under water. But rinsing is fine. I would think twice about using it in the shower. -- Not mentioned in the listing (and this goes for all electric foil shavers) is that you should oil the blades after every use. The manual goes on to read that not doing so will void the warranty. -- The oil is not included. So if you do not have oil, add it to your basket. -- The rechargeable battery is not replaceable. So whenever the built-in battery gets too old to hold a charge, the shaver becomes a brick -- sort of. It should still work while plugged in. But that is not clear. -- I had a question about its built-in battery. I called their customer service number (it is in the manual). After waiting 12 minutes, I was connected to a polite agent. But rather than telling me whether or not the battery was replaceable, she kept repeating that if it dies under the 2-year warranty, they will ship a new one. I was asking her about replacing the battery after the 2-year warranty period, and it was going in circles. Either she did not know the answer, and did not want to say that she did not know, or she was told / trained to focus on the warranty. But I politely made my question clear, and she eventually said that after 2 years, the unit would need to be recycled. That was the best answer I was able to obtain from her. There was no mention of a battery replacement in the manual. -- The foil and the blades are replaceable I do not know how simple or tedious that would be. It is probably not difficult, based on the rest of the shaver's very good design. I hope that the blades and the foils hold up for the long run. But for now, I like everything about this shaver (other than not being able to replace its built-in, rechargeable battery).

Super close shave, long lasting battery!
I wasn't originally expecting much in comparison with my old Norelco, but this thing really was a pleasant surprise in many ways! CLOSE SHAVE - It only takes a few shaves for your skin to adjust to a foil shaver (unless you've already been using one) but this thing truly gives a super close shave, much better than my Norelco Lift & Cut. BATTERY LIFE - WOW!! Going from a razor that I had to charge after every shave, this one can last over a week on one charge!! VALUE - The replacement blades/heads are super cheap compared to the Norelco Lift & Cut with super expensive replacement heads/combs/blades Overall, this thing wins in every aspect. Very functional, close shave, good value!

Close shave without the razor burn
Switched from a blade shave to this the very next day and had zero razor burn—and my skin is usually pretty sensitive. It gets impressively close, especially along the jawline, and is perfect for chasing down those “last man standing” hairs on my bald head. The shaver feels lightweight but sturdy, the battery lasts a long time between charges, and cleaning it is quick and simple. For anyone wanting a barbershop-level finish at home, this is an easy recommend.

Good shave but feels cheap
The is by far the fastest clean shave I have ever done. It gets super up close and leaves your face super clean. However, the build quality is cheap for the price. Very lightweight and plasticky. I had mild breakout after use but let's see how it does after a week or two of use.

Barbershop results at home!
The BaBylissPRO FX3 Double Foil Shaver is a beast. It cuts super close, runs quietly, and never tugs or irritates my skin. The battery life is great, and the build feels premium and solid in hand. Perfect for fades, necklines, and clean shaves. Definitely worth the price if you want professional-level results at home.

Finally a shaver that does the job. I’ve gone through 3 other ones and finally decided to try this one. Well worth the money! You get what you pay for. Finally I can shave and not have to use a razor after. I have quite thick stubble and finding a shaver that would work has been difficult. This one makes fast work and leaves a shave that’s feels as close as my razor. Even on 2 day stubble it works great although takes a bit longer, but the motor is strong enough to deal with that. Since I got it and charged the battery I haven’t had to recharge it as of yet. Been roughly a month. So Battery life is good. Feels smooth on the skin also and doesn’t pull even on 2 day growth. Great shaver overall and does the job I’ve been looking for. No negatives at this time although I do wonder if I can buy replacement blades when the time comes? And where to buy those.

I don't usually write reviews but I have been extremely happy with this shaver. The battery lasts forever ... a charge lasts well over a month for me. It shaves really close but will not pick up longer hairs, so you can trim near a beard without much concern. It's also comfortable to hold.
