Okay so where do I begin?? First, I got off to a rough start with this bed because it was delivered with no instructions in the box. My task rabbit and I could not locate any building instructions online, so he was unable to build it and I still had to pay his two hour minimum. At that point, I was frustrated with the company. BUT I was pleasantly surprised when they sent me a link with the instructions later on in the day and also reimbursed me for the cost of my task rabbit!! That is 5 out of 5 for customer service ALONE! Mistakes will happen but it’s what a company does to remedy it that really counts! Not only is their customer service great, their product is great too! The bed is awesome. It took my task rabbit a little over 2 hours to build and it looks beautiful. It’s also sturdy and surprisingly light weight, so it’s easy to move when you are spreading the beds. My 7 year old niece sleeps on the top bunk and my 2 year old daughter sleeps on the bottom, and it’s perfect. The bottom bed rests directly on the floor, so it’s very safe for young children. Also, the bottom can be converted into a place space, making the bed ideal for one child families as well. The navy blue is also a lovely neutral, that allows for a wide array of colors for the comforter set. I am so pleased with the bed AND the company. I highly recommend this product. Also, the bed was delivered 3 days earlier than they estimated, which was nice.

Definitely not ikea quality, made of great quality , definitely decent materials. It takes 5 hours total to built. My son was so excited. And it came sooner than scheduled.

I was very iffy about this bed and I had only got it because of the cute window and flower box feature. There are random holes in the flower box’s, the bolts are so unappealing, some parts do not line up, the finish on some pieces are rubbing off…. I feel like I could go on and on. The pros are, instructions were easy, it is a cute style, and it does feel pretty sturdy. I am planning on painting the bolt and doing touch ups and possibly puddy some of the holes. I will update photos about how that turns out.
