I happened to overhear a conversation between two strangers where one was complaining about terrible pains in her legs. The other told her that she used green-lipped mussel rub and it made a big difference to the pain. I'd heard of green lip mussel supplements before but never a rub. As soon as I got home I looked it up and found it was quite reasonably priced so I ordered some to be sent direct to my parents, both who are suffering a lot of pain from PMR. My mother called me the same day, and said she had tried it on my Dad and that he had reported that it had made a difference within 10 minutes! I was really pleased if not a little puzzled. When I checked the ingredients this contains glucosamine as well as green lipped mussel. Now it is widely known that glucosamine can actually help with joint pain and it is even recommended by vets for dogs, but I am at a loss to understand how glucosamine applied externally can help? Is may be possible that the action of rubbing the sore area to apply the cream made the difference. ( Never underdressed underestimate the power of touch!) But in any case, it DID work and they want to buy more. It's quite reasonably priced so I think it's worth a try.

Recommended by a friend eased the pain in my knee from first use.

I use to have bad pain in both knees. To the point where i could not walk or run for long. Even when i was sitting down i still had pain in my knees and it was getting me down.Sitting on a plane, in the cinema and even in the barbers chair. Pain, pain, pain.....................UNTIL .......I tried Musselflex. . Applied it around the knee and at the back of the knee joint twice a day. In the morning before going to work and then last thing at night before going to bed....and now.....NO MORE KNEE PAIN.. This stuff is amazing and cheap to buy. 1 tube lasts about 5 - 6 weeks. Easy to apply and rubs in well. Takes about 5 minutes to dry but i usually get the hair drier out and it dries in seconds. Amazing stuff. I can sit down now , walk and run with no knee pain.

Very nice cream to use and with ease so for that alone 5 stars but didnt help at all for pain so 3 stars as bought for pain relief and didnt give any. Maybe if pain less try as good quality cream. But ingredient not useful for needs Wont repurchase wish it had worked as consistency good Shame

Nice smell and consistency. I should use it a bit longer to be able to know if it works on my arthritis, I like the gel, it’s easy to use and gets absorbed quickly.

This cream is used for all members of the family, kids included, in our houshold for joints and muscle pain. Really good product. Though I can't use it too often due to allergy to plant extracts, but when I do use it always helps me with pain to some extent. There is a nice feeling of coolness after application, scent is not overpowering, cream is absorbed easily, doesn't leave any residue or anything. I'd recommend anyone to give it a go.

It helps mussels and bones. I am happy with this product.

Muy buena crema, no es la típica crema que te hace efecto en el momento, es como si fuese un condroprotector externo, tienes que usarla de forma continuada, empieza a hacer efecto a los 3 días pero sus efectos son mágicos, me ha quitado un dolor muscular que llevaba meses y ha aumentado rango articular de la rodilla que estaba muy limitado.
