Fitboard Vibration Platform Exercise Machine with Multiple Speed Settings and Vibration Modes for Multipurpose Workouts

One of my favorite purchases! This thing is amazing for the lymphatic system. I can feel the circulation increasing while I’m using it and I love it. I’m sure it will help a lot with cellulite and it’s much more convenient than handheld massagers because it does the entire body at once. The highest speed (99) is pretty intense so it’s good to build up to it! The remote control wasn’t working when I first tried it so I opened up the battery compartment and adjusted the battery position and now it works perfectly. Highly recommend! UPDATE: A week into using this thing and blasting the speed to maximum every day I realized I started to feel pretty uncomfortable muscle and joint pain… So I did some research on these vibrating plates and came across and expert with a Ph.D. on the effects of vibration on the human body and was shocked to discover that the effects can be pretty harmful if you’re not careful. I also have a piece of hardware on one of my legs and that became a particularly sensitive spot after that first week. So now what I’m doing is using this plate only at the minimum speed (1) and only for 10 minutes and not every day. It is great for circulation and the lymphatic system and I still feel all the benefits without the strain. So to sum up, I still think this was a great purchase and I’m still using this almost daily but I’m being more careful with the intensity. I think it would be good for Sunny Health and Fitness, which is one of my absolute favorite brands, to include something in the manual to this machine about the consequences of vibration and warn users of the potential harm of going overboard with the speed.

This machine is amazing! Not a paid review. Lately been having trouble with inflammation throughout my body especially legs and arms. This machine helps so much, it takes away all my pain and lethargy. Even helps with constipation (tmi but no lie). Been losing weight too!

I have researched and wanted a Vibration Plate for a while now for health and hopefully weight loss. I was happy with the price, and have been trying to use it every day.. It has helped my stability and my legs feel stronger. Came fully assembled and is a bit heavy but stable and easy to move around. I did buy the warranty with it. It is making my kness less painful. Worth the investment.

I love this board! I became spontaneously disabled at 38 y/o and am now battling a slew of chronic health conditions. I retain fluid and swell, have POTS, orthostatic hypotension, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue syndrome among many others. This has helped me reduce discomfort and pain while also allowing me to be able to stand and walk on my own more, as well as increase mobility. I love the remote feature as bending is difficult for me. It’s easy to move it around as I need to and I love that it oscillates front to back and side to side plus vibration. I’ve not lost any weight yet but I do lose fluid rapidly after using this for just 10 minutes. I use it for 10-30 minutes a day. I cannot recommend this enough!

While their customer service attempts to help, the product received doesn't work. It shows it has power, but nothing happens. I have no faith in this product brand anymore. I had previously purchased a mini stepper and thought this would be a reputable brand. The vibration plate had everything I wanted and the price point was great, but came up short since it doesn't even work. Waited 2 days for it to arrive just to be disappointed that it doesn't work at all and have to return it without any recourse. I don't want to spend double for the upgraded version as I believe I'd be out another several hundred dollars at that rate. Waste of money, time and effort.

I like the three different modes of exercise options. Originally i just wanted the vibration mode; however, I’m pleasantly enjoying the other modes that it comes with. No assembly required! Huge plus! Plug & play. Literally just have to plug it in and turn it on. Comes with a remote that i can use without having to bend down to operate different modes. Since it’s heavy duty, it does come with wheels that i thought was a cool thing to add, so I can just wheel it anywhere i want. I like the cool LED colors when i change the intensity modes. Definitely lots of pluses that It comes with. More than what i expected!
