This is a great little phone case! I use it in the Summer while laying out so my phone doesn't overheat and it works great! Easy to use and great phone protection from the sun/heat!

I cannot take my phone into work and have to leave it in the car. Temp registered 106 in my car yesterday but my phone was still working.

My phone tends to overheat and die and of course it's worse in the summer. I had an Otterbox Commuter case on which protects it well but contains the heat so I was constantly taking it off to allow my phone to cool down and it got increasingly more annoying. I came across this when looking for a solution. It came on time and was exactly as advertised, big enough for my phone + case and even some cards. Unfortunately the very first one I ordered had a loose thread at the top that really stuck out (to me, it was all I noticed) so I returned it almost immediately for a new one, nbd. The next one I received did its job perfectly, but I noticed EXTREME fading that started about 2 weeks in and it only got worse with time (pictures below). A little over a month later it was a totally different color, so I contacted the company's customer service and was assured that while fading/color change should be expected and does not effect performance at all (which was true), the level of wear I was experiencing was unusual. I usually keep it on hard/flat surfaces and the most friction it sees is taking it in and out of my bag, but even then it's not getting jostled around or abused in any way, so it was weird. The rep I spoke to was super friendly and extremely helpful. They responded right away and after describing my problem, they sent me a brand new case (Apollo Gold), plus an additional updated version (XP3 series in Iridium Silver since they were out of the gold at the time). I've been using the XP3 for a few weeks and it's fantastic. No wear whatsoever at this point. It's made to have a sturdier body without adding bulk, has a pocket inside specifically to hold cards (love this a lot, so useful and I hate those pockets you stick to the back of your phone alternative), there's a strap on one side for multiple carrying options (I've never utilized this), and the courtesy tab is bigger and silicon/rubberized, which is actually the only thing I don't like because they put the logo on there and it's huge whereas it was more subtle/tasteful on the original. I get that it's likely for branding, but it looks kinda tacky to me (but not tacky enough to stop using it). I actually no longer use my Otterbox at all because both the original and the XP3 are more than enough protection. It does exactly what it's supposed to do and it's incredibly convenient if you need quick access to cards/reduce the amount of stuff you're carrying. My phone was literally able to make it 3 days on one charge because of this which I NEVER thought would be possible, and I don't have the best battery life to begin with. If I park in the sun and leave it in the car, I don't have to worry, plus it's shiny so it's easy to locate if you tend to misplace stuff. Both cases have absolutely exceeded my expectations, and their customer service is excellent. Would buy again.

I’m most happy that it fits my iPhone with the case. The phone still gets warm but it is not hot enough to shut down like it has done before out in the AZ summer sun. The only problem is that you have to take it out to do or see anything on your phone.

Super disappointed. I have 2 phones, so I left my iPhone 17 out in my car and put my Galaxy S25+ inside the pouch. I work at a prison where I am unable to bring in my phone, so I was very excited for this. Highly disappointed. The temp when I got into my car was 22 degrees and the phone inside the "thermal" pouch was the same temp as my iPhone. I tried it 3 different times, one with the phone inside the pouch being on. Don't waste your money.

Have had other Phoozy's and they are great! Live in SC & go to the beach & pool a lot. They protect really protect phones. Product arrived as scheduled.

I think that the product has a very nice packaging for display, it fits my phone well, I’m happy with the color, the weight is great, durability is great, and I think it will do well in protecting my phone from the cold and hot weather.

So I tested it. I work a job where I have to leave my phone in the car. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max. I put my phone in the phoozy and left it on the car seat. It’s been pretty hot, I came back and honestly it wasn’t that much cooler than if it wasn’t in the phoozy. Still almost hot to the touch and had to cool off before I could use it. Next day I put it in the phoozy and put it under my car seat, and it worked great! Significantly cooler under the car seat, booted up right away, not warm to the touch at all. So I’m willing to say the product worked, but not as well as I was hoping I guess. If you’re leaving your phone in your car for 8-12 hours at a time in hot sunshine? Put it under your car seat, it’ll work there.
