Hearing aids not strong enough for me for to pink up sound

Received today and returning tomorrow. This product did not work for me. First, I have mild hearing loss from flu that blew my ear drums and tinnitus ever since. I bought these for that reason because the ringing causes voices to be muffled. I though the price was too good to be true and I was right. I could not get the device to change modes. There was constant feedback even after changing earbuds and doing all other troubleshooting. Worst, the sound was metallic and unnatural at every volume. Save your money and get better OTCs or get professional hearing aids.

I dont think I will ever buy another hearing device on amazon. This device got where the hearing aids dont work .there on a full charge.

better than others we tried and wasted "more" money on. this one is higher grade and technology

Much too loud and always ringing. Can't find size to stop them. Too easy to accidentally adjust and no external hearing test to tune

The left aid worked for about five minutes. The right aid was very loud but was able to adjust it. Put them in the charger at bedtime and when I put them on in the morning neither one worked. Very disappointing.
