Very pleased with shower bought as a replacement for a Mira sprint that was about 12 years old( I would like to point out the green power light should be on even when not being used I had to call Mira to check as the old showers light only came on while using). it’s a very good shower nice flow good value as well all in all very happy

I've only just installed this and used it a few times so I can comment on the long term reliability. The only problem installing was the QR code in the box - which is supposed to take you to an installation video on the manufacturers website doesn't do so. It takes you to the website and reports an error! Not very joined up MIra! That said, its not a complicated install, the template and instructions marry up well. The unit and fitting are all quite robust and there's enough space inside to access the connections with resorting to contortions or skinning knuckles. In operation, the unit warms up quickly and there seemed to be plenty of heat power in reserve to cope with variation in the inlet water temperature. Switch off is practically instant and it is certainly going to be a big improvement and saving over the old mixer unit on the bath that was fed from the immersion heater tank. How could Mira improve it? Fix the video link and maybe include a soap dish mounted on the pole.

Would have been 5 stars , why do Mira change the shape of the sport making it a more difficult job to install a new one . The company that sold this did so at a good price , prompt delivery and a good product so far

A good price shower from the Mira brand. I have always found Mira showers to be reliable and long lasting. Another bonus is that the white plastic outer cover remains perfectly white with just a wipe down to dry, with no product used. My last Mira shower lasted approximately ten years despite constant use and remained nicely white.

Fitted easily

This shower was bought to replace my Mira Sport which gave great service for many years so I decided to replace the shower with another Mira even though you can get cheaper units as the reliability of the one I had was excellent . The new shower was easy to install and is even better that the old one so I would buy again with no worries.

Good quality shower with good pressure.fitted as a direct replacement for a mira sport.but half the price.

This is our third Mira shower and it will be our last! We have never managed to get more than 18 months out of them before they go beserk temperature wise. This last one was fitted 13 months ago and now it is doing the same thing the others did, it goes from freezing cold to scalding hot several times a minute no matter what setting it is on. Admittedly we live in a hard water area but we are not a big family having showers every day. I did'nt mind when they were cheaper but now they are well over £200 its not funny. If Mira cant make a half decent shower that can tolerate hard water they should start making bicycles instead
