Does exactly what it's supposed to, I take this to help blood flow for numerous reasons.. it helps you go that little further with workouts and such. I usually mix a tea spoonful into a glass of water, taste isn't the greatest but most certainly not the worst when it comes to mixing into water!

As they say in life, every bit helps, As we age the blood does not get to all parts of the body like it did when young,so we need to take supplements to help the circulation and this is what L-Arginine does, it makes you stronger and more up and ready to go. I will buy more!!

Buying this was a good idea. I like to take 5000mg of L-Arginine daily, which in tablet form means 5 somewhat large and hard to swallow 1g pills. But in powder form it's easy and in future i'll be looking for powder versions of big pill supplements

This doesn't look,smell,taste or have an effect like arginine.I even emailed best naturals explaining how this doesn't seem like Arginine at all and could they verify it's arginine.They never got back to me.I don't like leaving poor reviews,buit in this instance,my hand has been forced due to the product not resembling L-Arginine in any way(other than it's a white powder,and this brand is very clumpy) Arginine has its own distinct smell and taste,extremely bitter and foul tasting and smells like no other amino acid.This brand tastes almost sweet,like glutamine with a hint of bitterness on the backend,almost like its a blend. My opinion is after this experience,is it's best to stick with brands you know deliver the substance you want.If Best Naturals ever bother to monitor their feedback on Amazon,i'd be delighted to receive reassurance that this is pure Arginine powder.
