I bought Top Trivia: General Knowledge because I thought, “Hey, let’s learn some stuff and have a laugh.” I did not realize I would become a walking, talking Encyclopedia Britannica with a superiority complex and a thirst for meaningless facts. Now my friends fear game night. I am the Trivia Goblin. I hoard answers. I shout “ACTUALLY” before anyone finishes reading a card. I’ve been this close to being forcibly removed from a wedding for correcting the best man’s speech. The cards are well-designed, the categories are random, and the questions are just hard enough to make you question your entire education system. Buy this game. Just don’t be surprised when your dog starts avoiding eye contact after you ask him how many bones are in the human body.

Handy little quiz game to take in your bag.

Like any paper based quiz game, once you've played the questions a couple of times the game loses its appeal. That being said they are interesting and varied for the first time round

Loads of varied general knowledge questions. Challenging without being impossible to answer. Good quality cards. Bought as a stocking filler for a quiz fan who was very happy

It is amusing but the difficulty level is high if you are not living in the US because it has many references to their history and politics.

I am a music teacher and thought these would be great for my classroom. It didn't have any sample questions, so that should have been my first clue. The questions are way too hard for all of my classes.
