I was able to trim this to the length I needed and replaced the pulley system on an old Gold's Gym piece of equipment for my personal gym. Once installed it was a great fit and has worked exactly as it should for the last year. It hasn't shown any fraying on the outer plastic sheath. Great deal for the price.

good cable no defects noted but it is exactly 118" by the time you loop the end it is now 4" shorter

My Proforma weight machine is almost 30 years old - happy birthday to it. The cable broke and I thought I was gonna have to trash it. No, I purchased this cable after measuring the old one. I had to cut to fit - tough but not impossible - and I re-threaded it through the pulleys. That was the hard part. There is a little give but it works great. Now I'm ready for the next 30 years - ha ha.

Just replaced the decades-old cable in my lat pulldown machine with the Anglekai cable set. The 5 mm diameter matched my old cable perfectly and slid right into the attachment sleeve welded onto the top plate of the weight stack. The set screws in the attachment sleeve are holding the cable tight. I cut off the hanger on the finished end of the cable and threaded the cut cable through the closed section of the S-hook that I scavenged from my original cable. Then I formed the cable end into a closed loop using the hardware and mini-wrench provided. (See photo.) Voilà! I expect this cable set to outlive me! 😃 (I'm 71.)

Worked very well for my home power rack/cable machine! I had to replace a cable that had frayed, this was a perfect replacement. Took 10 minutes to install and was very easy to do.

Everything I needed in a replacement cable. Durability has been good so far. Compatible with the pulleys I have. Easy enough to cut to length as well (grinding wheel).

I purchased this one as longer than I needed but I wanted it that way so I could fit to my old smith machine. The tie off points are very strong and overall the product works well.
